We have used their service since 1999. They always take care not to damage the lawn. Recently we had a blockage on a Sunday, but our plumber could not make it till Monday. I called John to ask for a pump out, expecting to leave a message. I was surprised when he answered the phone on a Sunday evening. They could’ve come the next day, and charged double the regular fee, and would’ve been happy to pay. But after I explained the problem, he helped me over the phone. He walked me through a few steps, and I was able to clear the blockage that night. I wasn’t even charged, and they saved me the additional cost of a plumber.

Wonderful service from start to finish. I called them on a holiday weekend with a house full of company and no working toilets. They arrived within 70 mins of my call. Other companies have yet to return my frantic emergency messages even as I write this. John and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

They came out to do the septic tank and was told we needed a baffle it was going bad.They never called my husband to explain what was wrong and then called 2 days later to say they were coming to fix it and was told to hold up on that.We had someone else look at it and was told the baffle was fine ...They would of charged us $400 for know reason!!!
