I discovered a bad situation in my downstairs bathroom that indicated my septic system was hurting. A friend told me about American and I was amazed when they agreed to come over within a couple of hours on a Saturday. They were very respectful, informative, and determined and it all put me at ease. They were extremely thorough and the price was fair. I salute them for their customer service and their poop service.

Called the office on Friday and got service on Monday. The driver (Rick).was very courteous and helpful. They avoided my flowers and took care to not damage my lawn (unlike another company). Both he and his helper (Steve) were very detailed and ensured my tank was completely pumped and back flushed. Strongly recommend this small family owned business. They have the experience and the pride of doing a good job.
