My car broke down in Aberdeen. Tow took me here and I’m so glad it did. Every person there was gracious, professional and patient. They got my car (new alternator and battery) done in record time so I could get back on the road. And it’s running like a champ. I appreciate they looked for the least expensive alternative and were so kind to help me by doing the job really fast. Highly recommend

I talked to a service manager by the name of Anhony who was very nice and very attentive to my concerns about my vehicle. Took my car there for a rotation. They told me i needed brakes in the rear. So i took it to my local mechanic only to be told my brakes were fine. Nothing worse than a dishonest company. I will not be going back there.

Came in last week to repair flat tire on Dodge Caravan. Yesterday wife and I heard a knocking. Just got off the phone with Mr. Tire and was informed that lug nuts were loose. Your technician didnt completely secure my tire. Safety 1st.

I wish I didnt have to give a star at all. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here even for a simple oil change. I was there 2 hours I understand it takes time so I let that slide. I get in my car to go home, made it to a traffic light just past Target and my car is OVER HEATING. I took it back immediately after the car cooled down. Now I go back in with my toddler and they try to tell me this is how I brought my car in ( with antifreeze/ coolant all over my engine compartment) So of course I am getting no where with them so I called my brother to come and he finally got them to admit they didnt tighten the radiator cap which is why the coolant blew out. So Firestone sprayed my engine off and that was there problem fixing solution. I leave, call corporate and have a claim open just to have on file incase there is internal issues I cant see. Fast forward my car is over heating and head gasket is cracked. Eventually get a 3rd party inspector they hired who took pictures and a report. I received a generic letter saying they were not responsible for a radiator leak, no mention of the head gasket. I have responded twice to the claims specialist with no response so this is the next step. I have requested they fix what they broke and the report/ pictures of my vehicle. I have a 2013 with 68,000 miles, NO PREVIOUS ISSUES. So needless to say my family vehicle cant even be driven due to their error. Do not go here ever!!!!

Worst experience ever. Booked an 11:00 am appt for oil change and tire rotation (arrived at 10:30AM) and when checking back in at 200 pm, my vehicle had not even made it into the garage. Other peoples money/business seemed to be more important than those of us who chose to make an appointment. 6 people working there and only 2 cars in the garage, 3 at the most when I came in at 1030 AM . Also, need to give the employee training on customer relations courses for those who answers your phones. POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TODAY.I come from a service oriented business (heavy equipment and trucks) and would never think about treating a customer like this. OH, did I mention...I have been going here since it opened, not sure what is going on there but good way to loss customers.Guess I will need to find a reliable Car/Truck Maintenance Shop.

This was a bad experience. The manager told me I need to have my car looked at by another professional. I took my car to 3 other shops to have my battery checked. All three told me that it was my battery. The manager at Firestone denied that it was my battery. My battery was under warranty. They refused ro change my battery.

They started on my car a little late based on the appointment time, but were very expedient about changing the oil and checking my other fluids and levels. They also provided me a discount so I was pleased.

Our car broke down on a road trip. The men there were very helpful. We decided to get a rental car so as not to lose time. They called and told us what was wrong and fixed it. I may add I took my car into another Firestone that morning because the low coolant light came on and they gave my car the ok for the trip. They never looked to see if there was another problem. The guys at this Firestone took one look and saw what was the issue.. I am so grateful for them

I have no issue with the repairs/service to my vehicle whatsoever. They’ve always figured out what was wrong and have never tried to sell me something I don’t need. Very happy.What I do have issue with is scheduling a weekend appointment well ahead of time then sitting in the waiting room for up to and sometimes over an hour before my vehicle was even taken to the shop area. One weekend in particular I waited quite a while, and people came in without appointments and were told they would be “squeezed in”. I was there for over two and a half hours that Saturday for a tire rotation and a single tire replacement. I’m pretty sure it was because they were doing their best not to turn people away but at the expense of those of us that made appointments.

Normal tire shop chain but does not do specialty service like your dealership would handle deducted 1 for that but another for asking them to look at my tire the first time, they said it was good than I came back and they said the metal on the tire was exposed and had to change the tires out. What a miss that could have caused me an accident.

Had no issues work was done well and they actually got it done faster than they said they would. No complaints especially because across the street is a Home depot and Wendys. I ate at an Italian pizza place I would go to Wendys

We had a flat tire while driving on 95. I called ahead to let them know we were coming because it was close to closing time, and Firestone went out of their way to help us. They were able to patch the tire- Great prices and super helpful. Thanks so much!

Went to Firestone, had some issues with Mr.Tire down the street and decided to come here. Service was awesome, Anthony was excellent and helped me out and made my issues go away. Truck is running better, tires look good and running smooth.

Anthony and Stephen coordinated my wheel alignment in record time today. They got my truck in the shop at my scheduled appointment time and had me back on the road quickly. They provided me with the detailed before-and-after report with each measurement to document the adjustments. Completely satisfied with their service.

I showed up without an appointment during a really busy time of the day to get a tire alignment done. I spoke with George and with the help from his team they took the time to make sure I was only there for less than 30 minutes.

Knowledgeable staff, really care about the health of my vehicle, went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and everything was taken care of.I drove an extra 30 minutes to choose the services of the Milford location, because of the exceptional customer service .

I felt like they could have explained everything done to my daughters car when we picked it up. Overall not bad, just would have liked someone to go over a fast run down of what they did on our visit and ask us if we had any questions. Had to call later in the day with some questions but other then that they r worth it

I had a bent rim and no spare while driving home for Thanksgiving. These guys not only fit me in on a super busy day, but were very professional and kept me informed. The manager is professional and knowledgable; the technicians are proficient; the repair facility is clean and has a professional appearance. Discounts are applied to the service you receive. This is the first repair facility that I would say is without faults, lacks deficiencies, and is perfect in all business practices.

Went for a flat fix, but decided to replace 2 tires instead. While here added oil change. Took me in shortly after I arrived with no appointment. No pressure to do anything. I generated the service requests. Friendly, easy to deal with.

Oil change was good. They need to train staff how to reset service lights.

FYI, this shop will not install parts you didnt buy from them. Example: brand new in box Moog springs. Have no other experience with the shop other than that fact. The only reason I gave a 3 star rating is that you cant leave a review without a star rating, and I just wanted to pass this info along to other DIYers in case you went in expecting something different, like myself. Its neither bad or good, just info. Again, the only reason I rated 3 stars... not good or bad, just cant review without leaving a star rating.

These amatures changed the radiator in my car and forgot to tighten a radiator hose??? Now I believe that the block is cracked and when I took it back for the 3rd time they changed a thermostat, and the problem persists because they forgot to tighten the radiator hose, they took my money and wont fix the problem, you a holes blew up my motor, do not let these idioys work on your vehicle

The following day I brought in my spare which was flat and would not take air. (Kelile) stopped what he was doing, sealed, inflated, and inspected my tire in less than 5 minutes....FREE OF CHARGE!Highly Recommend.

I dont even live close to here, but I drive the 30 minutes because theyre always great to work with. They give great discounts through emails, and never upcharge anything. I went to the Firestone in Elkton and they couldnt figure out how to reset my guages. Never had that problem here.

Here we go! 1/2 star for being able to set appointments online. 1/2 star for having an air conditioned room for me to wait in during service. Zero stars for ridiculous prices to do basic automotive repairs. Im in the area and need some brake work done, and since I dont have my tools I figured I would go to Firestone since they are a national brand. Lets start with the parts: $487.26. I actually expected this to be high; however, they have their part prices set at almost exactly double (or more) what it costs to be parts from Autozone or Advantage. But heres the real problem I have: $184 for labor to remove & replace both front calipers, $60 for labor for Brake Fluid Exchange and $99.99 for Computerized Engine Analysis. They claim their shop rate is $120/hr. If it takes 30 minutes to change the brake fluid, theyre in the wrong line of work. I could teach a 12 year old how to do this in less than 30 minutes. The $100 labor involved for Computerized Engine analysis is just price gouging. Its call OBD2 and the parts store will plug in the machine in 60 seconds for free to tell you what code its giving you.So, what did I do? I left! I suggest you do also...I purchased OEM parts online (amazon) for $168.00 for all of them brand new. And the garage down the street will be doing the labor for me.When I asked if they were willing to come up with a better set of numbers the guy acted insulted, and Im okay with that. He should be. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of me, and shame on you for the non-mechanical people that go to you in desperation and need your help...that I almost guarantee youve taken advantage of.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday for 4 new tires and an alignment. Took three hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Then they put the vehicle on the rack. Said I needed New left outer tie rod end. Took the vehicle home replaced the bad tie rod end. Rescheduled alignment for today. Went back waited roughly an hour and change to get vehicle in the alignment bay. Fellow before me waited from 8 A.M. til 3:30 PM til his veh8cle was done. I was fine waiting the extra time to get in the alignment rack. Well they got it on there and poof 15 mins later my alignment is done. Pay the service manager and he tells me the rear was unadjustable. ( scratching my head, because I know that is wrong) get home look at my invoice and I need new camber caster bolt kits on the front. Never mentioned that to me at point of sale. So I believe at least front end is aligned. Well seems I paid for the tech to put on the rack and take a few measurements. Nevermind the fact that I bought for new tires yesterday and the only thing wrong then was the tie rod end. So now I have four new tires on a vehicle was never aligned. What do you think is going to happen to my new tires? Well yeah they will last a month if I am lucky. May as well have thrown $800 away or burnt it. Not frickin happy at all!!!

I had a flat tire yesterday and decieded to call firestone in aberdeen for a patch about a half mile from my house. When i got there the customer service was ok so 1 star for that and i told them that i need patch they said it will take about an hour i said ok and also told them i put fix a flat in there so they could wash it out they told me that i would need to buy a new tire because fix a flat was in the tire and would effect the plug. I said no and immediately called mr tire who did my last plug. Mr tire said sure bring it in and i also told mr tire i had fix a flat they said no problem we will wash it out for you i said great...it took 15 min and i was back on the road. Im not sure why firestone is that lazy to not wash out the tire i will be sending a letter over to corporate checking on that policy or whether this firestone was just trying to make me buy a new tire. But go to mr tire if you need a patch or a new tire they also price match if u find a cheaper tire elsewhere.

Had to wait a little longer than one would expect for an oil change. The manager recognized I waited too long and remedied the situation without any request from me.

Bought tires was supposed to get $100. Rebate sent in the form the same day its been 6 months since and no refund.
