Terrible customer service once again. The customer might not always be right, but to continue to rub it in their face. I didnt realize the package needed to be taped up. Amazon said just drop it, no need for a box, per their email, but she had to go on and on about how that isnt true, I paid the $1 to have it taped and she just kept going on and on. Come on, I have the email that says no need for a box, just drop and go, I paid the $1, just drop it and get it shipped off dont keep rubbing it in that you are right and I am wrong. Wish Amazon would let you drop at USPS.

Wont ship a part because of their policies. OH...but I can take it to UPS and they will send it. UMMM arent you UPS?

This store is awesome! I had them help out my elderly mom with getting a package mailed to me near Seattle. Lots of fragile figurines that are about 60 years old.They thoroughly wrapped each figurine in bubble wrap, packed it all in a box with more bubble wrap, and sent it off to me. It arrived in 3 days just like they promised, and everything was intact. I know how much work it was for them to wrap it all because I had to unwrap it!! But great job, thank you!!

We use them routinely to ship small to medium-sized packages. They are always very helpful in packing and sending. They also offer to mail letters that I may have sitting on the counter as I deal with them about my package. To ship via UPS is more expensive than the post office, but their service to me has always been admirable at UPS store. Im so glad theyre here!

I would like to thank the Staff at the UPS store in Aberdeen. I went through them for my wedding invitations and they did a great job.I had to reorder some of them and they were nothing but above and beyond helpful with me getting what I needed on time.I will for sure be telling everyone how great they are to work with and I will be going back to get my Programs and all printing done with them..Thanks again to this great company and the employees.

These girls were so patient when it came to walking me through how to pack my grandmothers china! I really appreciate all they help they gave me. If you need something packed that is irreplaceable, you absolutely must go here! Great staff!

Accommodating staff, great to work with. I left my dishes and other fragile items to be packed at the store and I shipped through a different method than UPS. The box was ready when promised. And arrived at its destination with no breakage.

The manager, Jayden, was great. I was able to work from overseas, email a digital copy of my manuscript, have it printed and shipped out to me overseas and to my home in Redfield. Very helpful and stress free.

All three of the staff there: Jayden, Patsy, and Lucia, have done a tremendous job for us getting several packages shipped from Aberdeen to Placentia, California, during a recent move there by an elderly neighbor.
