I brought my almost 4 year old in for his first cleaning along with my own cleaning. Emily was our hygienist and was so great with my son! He had many questions and was up close watching as she was cleaning my teeth. She was very patient with him and answered all of the questions that a 3, almost 4 year old could have! During his cleaning she made sure to explain everything she was going to do to him and did not force him to let her use anything he wasnt comfortable with. So while he didnt do the full cleaning he left there feeling very proud of himself and I am so proud of him as well, he is a kid who is terrified of doctors and cries the whole time. Dr. Bain was also great with answering all his questions and explaining everything to him and to me!

I always get great care from Dr. Bain and my Dental hygienist. Professional, kind and caring. Thank-you so much!

I need to congratulate Kelsey for her outstanding service. I noticed every move in her cleaning was done thoughtfully and very gently. I could have fallen sleep when she skillfully cleaned my teeth. She communicated to me clearly and was very watchful to my reactions to the tools. She also made constructive suggestions and mentioned improvements from last appointment. Dr. Bain was beyond awesome: he carefully examined all my teeth and told me what to watch before the next appointment. He is always cordial and very attentive to details. I am especially grateful to him for not imposing on things that were not necessary. I couldnt be happier! Thank you Kelsey and Dr. Bain! God Bless You!

Had a small chip on my tooth needed to fill. It was done perfect, Dr Bain has gental hands and getting tooth done quickly. ( hard for me to keep mouth open for long period) and Im not good with bite blocks! Deb (RDA) has a great side chair manner they work well together happy to have a good team working on me!

Carrels & Bain is a 5 star dentist that came through for us in an extreme time of need... we were visiting Aberdeen from out of state and our toddler had an accident leaving her with a bad mouth/tooth injury. We called them and they saw us right away (only office in town that would) and were extremely helpful and supportive. We dont live in Aberdeen but if we did we would absolutely go to Carrels & Bain, theyre the best!

Coming over from Germany, it was very scary choosing a new dentist. Dr. Carrels was great at explaining what needed to be done which made me a lot more comfortable. He even saw me on Saturday because I didnt have time during the week!

Dr. Carrels and staff has always made my dental experiences great. After chipping a tooth on a Saturday morning, I was worried I wouldnt be able to do anything about it until Monday, but Dr. Carrels was more than accommodating. Couldnt be happier with my Dentist!

My dental hygienist have made me feel very comfortable during my visits, and Dr. Carrels is very good at explaining what is going on for all of my procedures!

Would give them zero stars if I could. All in all, worst dental experience I have ever had! Would not recommend to anyone.
