I get being hangry, but she didnt have to take it out on me and my haircut. I liked going there but this recent experience with them, ruined it for me.

Friday afternoon, stopped for a haircut, two hair cutters working, one other guy waiting, I was told that there was a long list but if I hung in there they might work me in......so I waited for 5 minutes watching one of the cutters sweep the floor....then I walked out.Usually they cut my hair in under 6 minutes [senior partial cut] without any frills or ever asking Hows that? Even so Id leave a nice tip....but, well, guess they really dont want my business.

Great! It is the only place I go! Super friendly people and a perect hair cut!! I can always rely on Cost Cutters for a good cut!

Called ahead one day an hour before closed and the lady said they were booked..ok, sounds weird for a place that doesnt take appointments. Tried to go that weekend and they were closed for labor day all weekend..hmmm, not common for a service industry but I guess they wanted the weekend off. Ok, finally got in there and had a coupon for a dollar off. The total was more than what was shown for the cost of a haircut. I guess math wasnt her strong suite, but either was haircuts. I got home and realized I had a terrible uneven cut. Never going back, theres a great clips opening soon near the Starbucks.
