I scheduled online the day before. I drove 75 miles and went to check in a little early. She said I didnt have an appointment and I got a cancelation email. She didnt ask my name or anything. I only received the confirmation email. She was rude and said she didnt have any openings until 4pm and the online is not a guarantee of the appointment. This was in Aberdeen South Dakota. I would NOT recommend this place. They might be good but I couldnt even get a chance. Only reason I was trying them was that my normal local hair dresser is out with medical issues. Really need the cut for a wedding. I will not ever try them again. We do travel to town frequently so it could have been my new place to go.

Made an appointment online, check in was confirmed. Showed up 3 mins early to an empty salon. Used the tablet to check in and was given another estimated wait time. An employee sauntered out of the breakroom 5 mins later and asked what I was doing, and that they didnt have stylists.If you arent able to close your online page at least put up a sign saying that you dont have a stylist at your reception desk. Completely unprofessional and a waste of everyones time.

Crystal and her team are wonderful! I find them to be very friendly and listen to what I want done with my hair. They are very affordable but the quality of the work far exceeds the prices. Crystal is very good with highlights and coloring. Highly recommend!

Terrible Terrible bad job in coloring my hair looks very bad Im a shame to go out in public. instead of helping me fix her mistake she wanted me to pay her again.Dont waist your time and money. :(Reply: I went back to her after 2 days my was done to tell her I wasnt satisfied with the results of her job, and ask her to fix it and she refused to fix it unless I paid again. VERY RUDEI went to REVIVE SALON and they fix it for me.

Came here after a disaster hair color from another salon and Crystal was so kind and understanding. She actually made my hair look like what I wanted it to look like the first time- it was perfect. I hadn’t known her before then but she treated me like a good friend the second I stepped in. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time with the staff. Our stylist was so good. I took my four children to her and she treated us good. We had fun and the kids loved their cuts, color and styles. We will definitely be coming back.

My hair was dry cut has never been dry cut before and I was in the chair less than 2 minutes. She didnt even check to see if everything was cut. I will not go back there again. Its very sad Crystal is no longer there.
