Had an appointment to rotate tires I had purchased here last year. Took my truck in, they got it right in and had it done in no time. Everyone was very cheerful. Great place to get your tire work done.

They were super busy, but they still managed to get my Yota in for an alignment in just a few hours. I left it with them and they got it done.On previous visit they got my tires done really quick as well. On top of the timely manner in which the get the work done, they do a very good job.

All members of this location are dedicated to the service of their customers. From the manager to the service tech. Highly recommend.

I would like to differ with previous poster. I have used this store more than once and will take my car to no other. I appreciate that the new manager understood the problem I was trying to describe. I got my car in quick and my problem was solved.

I had a tire with a screw in it. The retailer I got the tires from wouldnt fix it. They did a great job fixing it. Im looking forward to doing business with them again.

Pomps was super easy to work with! I loved that they called me with an estimate and idea of what my car issues were. Instead of just handing me an outrageous bill and no explanation of what they did. Thanks for being so transparent ! Some places take advantage of females and their car troubles! LoL. Poms did a fantastic job on my car and I feel comfortable referring them to others. I went in with a tire from another vehicle, and one on my vehicle that needed repair. They immediately took my truck back to the shop and had it back to me in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed!

I call them and tell them what is wrong with my car. Set up an appointment, drop it off. Always done on time unless they have to get a part from somewhere out of town. Easy to work with. Stand behind their work. What more could you ask for out of a service center?

I really like the environment and impressed by all the hard work that the staff does to accommodate their customers needs. The staff are really friendly and helpful when needed for any auto repairs that we the customers request to get done in a timely manner.

These guys are great. They fix the problems they do it in the right way and I dont try over charge you with a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend

And it was convenient for me, they allowed me to drop off my trailer and go back to work and called me when it was ready for me to pick up. Fast service, friendly people, good prices. My husband was coming back from Aberdeen for work today with his co-workers. They were just outside of Aberdeen when the psi alarm went off on one of the tires. It ended up that they must have hit a piece of metal because there was a gash on the tire and they could hear the air hissing out. They went straight to Pomps and the employee (Jodie) helped them out right away. He got the new tire on the car and had them on their way very quickly. Thank you to Jodie and Pomps Tire!

Avoid taking your car here, there are so many other places in Aberdeen that will give you a better deal. This place was extremely dirty and unorganized and way over priced. Took them over half and hour just to ask what I needed to have done. Very poorly managed.

I have done business 2 times. The first time I had 2 tires dismounted and installed (same tires used) charged double what anybody else in town would charge??? Second and last time charged $84.00 to take three tires of rims and remount (tires where already off car)!!! Another $90.00 to spin balance these same tires (also put wrong type of weights on for the type of rime)??? Stainless rim covers dont fit now and be warned they charge $6.00 a tire to dispose of, (Landfill free 2 times a year) and remember when tire & rim would be somewhat washed or cleaned when done (not hear)??? Priced this same work after had it done and with competitors in town about half the price. Also priced a set of tires for RV a few years back 8 tires total and same tires at Walmart where $500.00 cheaper!!! I recommend price other places first if you want to save a lot of money!!!

Had flat tire on an outside dual tire on my quad cattle trailer.. Was not satisfied with there assessment of not able to fix the tire due to the nail being inch and half from shoulder of tire.There only option was 2 new tires at $500 each.Paid them $28 to put tire back on my cattle trailer.Bounced down the street to Grahams tire shop and got my tire fixed with a patch for $47.67 and on my way back to Montana.

Just barely three stars... Because they repaired my flat. BUT! They forgot to call me when it was done... And theyre double the price of other places. Will not go there again.

I was in a bind. Trailer needed a tire I was on a time crunch and they had it replaced and fixed up in under a half hour as a drive up with no appointment.

Let me in at the last second to fix my flat. Finished it in a timely manner even though they were a bit backed up. I believe the persons name who helped me is Scott!

Took them 1hr and 20 minutes to patch a minor hole in my tire. Cost $30. And they said it might not hold.
