Vaughn Motorwerks is now LZ Motorsports... Same get techs!BMW, MERCEDES...
Chris did an excellent job identifying the problem, explaining it to me and them making the repairs ! I’m sold on his shop and highly recommend his service.
Highly knowledgeable staff, great customer service. I have taken my BMW here many times and they always do great work. Much appreciated!
Vaughn Motorwerks is the best place to take your BMW outside of the dealership (which costs more). The crew at Vaughn is very knowledgeable and professional. They have all of the latest technical tools needed to make diagnostics on the complicated electrical systems on these German autos.
Ive had my cars serviced at Vaughns for many years. Their rates are reasonable and work is good. I had one part go bad, but was replaced for free under their warranty. Theyre my go-to shop for my BMWs.
Worst auto repair experience ever...one mistake after another. Seriously. Then, ended up with a hood ding (from inside the engine compartment out). Im not imagining this another local BMW owner exp same thing & in the exact same spot). Over charged on parts. Completely unacceptable. Recommend Hash Imports on northeast side of town.
The name has changed to LZ motorwerks but the service remains the same! Excellent!!!
Took my Benz S-430 here for a simple repair, after wasting my time with nothing they finally called me and said that they couldn’t repair it and that I need to go to the dealer. I wonder what do they actually repair here?!
Guys charged me $120 for fitting number plate in the car. Service wise ok.
Great prices as compared to dealerships, very friendly staff and very good knowledge about BMW and Mercedes.
I am not sure who J. Kirk Abraham is but I strongly doubt the experience he had at Vaughn Motorworks. Did he talk to Rick about this? Did he ask for redress or for them to fix? Maybe it happened this way maybe it didnt. Dissing a company for a $50 ding repair (ie not car specific related is silly).....did they fix the main problem??? Did they repair his hood?Ive done plenty of business with Hash Motors over the years as well....since 1982 and the service is great....but they are NOT BMW specialists....Imports yes...mostly Toyotas and Volvos. Most imports really. But....not dissing Hash....Jim and his family are great to do business withI..I still do. No company is 100%!Vaughn Motorworks are German car specialists.....BMWs and Merecedes. Are they always right....no. Are they the least expensive....probably not ( not more than anyone else)....betcha Hash is no less. Can mistakes occur....yeah, no one is perferct. Are they responsive....you bet. If they cant do it they wont try and will send you to someplace better.Ive been doing business with Vaughn Motorwerks for over 15 years....including big projects like motor swaps and have generally been satisfied and happy.....yeah.., Ive tried others... either the same, no better or worse. If you dont want to do business with a small business personally owned then go else ware.Rick Vaughn knows BMWs......I trust what he says and while he cant figure everything out (who can...send their name to me) he tries, hes honest and competent. What more to ask.... Rick is always available to talk and explain things in detail. You cant get great service, competence, skill and low prices all at the same time....you have to choose.Car repairs are fraught with reasons to complain......Ive been there and will be again.
Terrible customer service and experience. They also damaged my hood with a dent from the inside out! They just want to play the blame game and act like nothing happened. Do Not go here for service or you will be sorry.
Highly knowledgeable professionals especially for BMW cars.
