So this is one of the saddest pedicures I have gotten. For someone that has gotten a pedicure monthly for over 10 years. I just wanted to get something convenient to home. They gave me 0 options to what kind of pedicure. 0 massage. I don’t come to get my nails painted. I come for the other fluff. I don’t pay $30 just for nail paint. This is what I do to relax. I don’t get much else with kids and work. The only reason they get two stars vs one is because it was clean and they did do a good job painting. Just extremely dissatisfied that I didn’t get what I needed.

This will be my go to nail salon whenever Im in the area. They offer very great service. My gel fill in and pedicure were awesome. The owners are very friendly and personable.

1st time there. Jay was great.Had fingers and toes done.With a message. Enjoyed and looked beautiful when I left.

I’ve been going to Nails VIP for more than 5 years and their service is always excellent. Helen, the owner and all the staff are very professional. Kaytie has been my manicurist for all these years and she’s amazing. They work with appointments and walk-ins and they always try to accommodate you at your convenience. The salon is very clean and organized. They have amazing massage chairs and TV’s and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment.

Katie is my nail tech and has been for 3-4 years. Always does a great job

If your not an established constomer its ok..... I cant complain to much considering I needed a pedicure.

-I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. We walked in inquiring about prices and the lady whom spoke to us was rude. Her attitude was disgusting. I have never had such terrible customer service. She was waving her hand telling us she doesn’t have time for this just really rude. Never again. They need to close this place down or replace the staff.

They are a pretty good nail salon. I love to go here to get a pedicure. 💓 but I didnt like how my acrylic nails turned outCouldve been better.

The people were very nice. I made an appointment for a pedicure. There was nothing spectacular about the pedicure, and less than one minute of actual massaging, and the equipment/petty chair was so old that the massage parts were displaced, which caused my lower back to hurt. I do not recommend that anyone sit in one of their chairs

Everywhere else I went to told me they needed appointments, I walked into Nails VIP and they were packed but were able to get me in right away. Even though they had a full lobby with all of the stations filled in the middle of me getting my nails done, she didnt rush at all. She made conversation. She did an amazing job! I also had a pedicure by a different lady and she was so nice as well. I will definitely come back!

Pedicures were done nicely but dont ever have your eye brows waxed. She pulled out too much hair and then hid her mistake with makeup. When I went in today to show her she could have cared less. Now I have to fill in with something till it hopefully grows in.

JUST HAD MY NAILS DONE AND MY EYEBORWS FOR THE FIRST TIME, THEY BOTH LOOK GREAT. PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND QUIET.

Charged me $30.00 after the board clearly states “$25.00 for gel refills”. I confronted the technician named Katie and she claimed that was the price and continued to charge me, and Helen the Manager was sitting in the chair listening as she was eating her lunch. Nothing was done about it. She not only did a bad job on my nails, she also has bad customer service skills. I have always had great service until today. Disappointed.

We were walking off the street my mother needed some acrylic nails removed a simple manicure and pedicure Helen took care of her and treated my mother like a queen her nails are beautiful the service was wonderful I highly recommend.. if youre looking for a good clean place with great service and good prices this is where you need to be

The service is terrible. The girl did a bad job on my nails. I was also overcharged, apparently she gave herself an $8 tip and had the nerve to point at the tip part of my receipt before I had a chance to sign it. Ive been going to nails salons for about 20 yrs and I always tip. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Arrived before three ladies and in process of manicure by male representative when he left to begin a pedicure on one of the three ladies. So disappointed with service. Started manicure then was left to sit for 40 minutes after they went to work on other clients. Remarks appeared to b critical from the ladies as they spoke in different language. Male was sensitive to my needs yet no compensation. Walked out after an hour being idle, nails were half done and no offer from business to compensate. Wont go there again!

Very basic job nails are a mess she wanted me to pay before she even finished my nails so she must know I was going to be disappointed dont waste your money or time. That was my first and last time going $75 down the drain. She kept stopping answering phones either your going to be a nail tech or receptionist but its obvious she wasnt focused on my nails. They do lousy work that is why there are no pictures of their work

I never actually do reviews, so thats saying something! My regular place was closed so I decided to give them a try. Definitely going back. Had a 40 min wait but I didnt have an appt and I wasnt in a rush. But neither were they. I got one of the best pedis I have had in a long time.

I been getting a pedi cure there for almost two year. The people are friendly and great. I feel like got royal service and my feet never felt better.

So disappointed with the service. They lied about the pricing and charged me 30 dollars for the shortest nails with just white polish. Rediculous.

They do a nice job and it is the cleanest nail salon on the 301 strip.

Got gel nails here and have only had them a few days and the paint is coming off and got my toes done and the paint started chipping off the same day. A friend came with me and she got gel nails full set and the lady gave her something totally different from what she asked for. Like not even the same colors because “it would look better” is what the lady told her. Never going here again.
