A great gym for those who dont like the large franchises that treat you like a number and try to force personal trainers on you. A nice sized gym with all the equipment you need for a healthy lifestyle. Never really crowded, dont have to wait for equipment, great gym etiquette by the fellow members (wiping down equipment, etc.). Just an overall great gym to train. Definitely better than any large cookie cutter franchise gym by a mile.

Cant say enough about RetroFlex...its affordable, the owners and staff are incredibly helpful and considerate. The equipment is well maintained, clean, and vast in options. Im a RetroFlex fan. Currently, Im in an eighth week mond and body works with Jenny....the very best person to be at your side with your fitness goals.

Very nice gym, owners are very pleasant and helpful. Certainly a variety of weights there as well as a secondary room for cardio. Overall a great gym. Cheap prices too.

Was a member for two years at this place. Paid my membership every month even though I wasn’t able to use it due to unforeseen injuries. Went in last week and cancelled it finally. They still took out the payment and they refuse to refund it. They’re more concerned with their contract than taking care of people in this community so I do not recommend anyone join this gym. So I want everyone to know that goes there and that is from around here that this is not an upstanding member of the community and they will NOT do right by you as a member. Hope it was worth the $20 retroflex. ✌️

Great old school gym, huge leg room,Lots of free weights and plenty of machines. Also, no lunk alert alarms. Feel free to grunt if you need to.

The gym was good, but no rowing machines. Went once and canceled my membership 2 days after opening it, they refused to refund me and still charged another month. Ended up paying a total of $84 for 1 day of use. I guess I shouldve known better based on the reputation of gyms having shady policies.

Super great gym! I love that it is open 24 hours. It has every piece of equipment you could want! They have an entire room dedicated to legs! They have a few fitness classes, a smoothie bar, and a tanning room. Its pretty busy in the middle of the day, but the evening hours are great.

Staff is super helpful and nice. Equipment is plentiful and the membership is cheap.

Great place to workout! Staff is very friendly, gym is always clean along with the rest rooms. If your looking for great place to train without the gimmicks this is the place to get great results!

Great gym and atmosphere. Has everything you would need. Love that its 24/7 access! Only thing that annoys me is all the fans blowing all over the place. I get cold easily and its hard for me to build up a good sweat with fans constantly hitting me. Im not sure if its meant to keep people cool or for air flow which is why I dont usually mess with them and just deal with it. Other than that, good gym!

Not only is it 24 hours, but the name Retro Flex is exactly what it sounds like and is the definition or what a gym should be. I worked out in the evening time a few times and everyone is friendly. I mainly work out after 12am, so even when its a little empty. Others will help you out when you need it.

Great place good equipment and atmosphere

Great variety of equipment from cardio and machines to free weights. They play strength training videos on TV to motivate you and they have preworkout drinks on tap. Its a great place if youre big into fitness but a little intimidating Id youve been out of the gym for a while.

Great facility. I cant say much about the staff because we visit at night ( the gym is open 24/7) but every time I have needed to interact with them they have been courteous. There is plenty of equipment. Busy times are between 7-10 pm. We love the leg room.

The facility has everything you need for a good workout. I love that you can access the facility 24/7. Plus most of the other people working out are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a real body building gym. Plenty of traditional equipment augments tons of free weights and multiple universal gyms. Oh yeah a decent cardio section too.

I usually go late night or very early morning so usually only about 2-4 peeps there. Various work out machines and free weights. The only complaint I have, du to my allergies and lobectomy, is the horrible flowery auto air fresher. Can we change the scent?

This place is cool. Yeah, theres really fit people working out there. But there are also just average people wanting to get healthy. Wide range of equipment, nice friendly staff to greet you, and I like the fact that its not a huge gym. Theres Wi-Fi too which is nice for when you want to use your headphones.Only negative thing is that there isnt a locker room, but there are enough bathrooms to make up for it.

Conveniently 24 hours.More than adequate parking.Cleaner than average for a gym with varied and effective equipment.Owners are directly avail 5 or even 6 days a week,and are very friendly.There are however alot of annoying bro types in the later hours,your braincells will atrophy if you are exposed.
