We were referred to them by our insurance to replace our broken sunroof. The motorized cover was damaged during installation and that is somehow our fault and have to file another claim on our insurance to get that fixed. Glass Doctor reached out via email because they claim my feedback was important, but could not even follow up on the negative experience we had.

I hired Glass Doctor to repair a broken window sash. They beat the next closest estimate by $200.00. They were courteous, on time and the new window panel matched the original window perfectly. They set the appointments and kept them. The office called to confirm once my glass arrived and within days the job was done. I would definitely recommend their service. And on the best thing is they come to you.

I could not tell you bc I have been waiting on my glass now for 3 weeks and they said 7, 10. Days so right now 1 star out of 5 but I will put 3 bc I cant put 2.5 price was good but not worth it if you have to wait 2 more weeks if you want something asap

We are very happy with the service and quality of Glass Doctor of Zanesville. They gave us a very good price on the replacement of the glass in our 40 year old patio door. I dont know that we would have saved much by doing the whole job by myself. The installation took less that an hour and NO MESS. Because of the price, quality and speed of service, I will always call them for my future glass needs. Thanks guys!
