Staff is always friendly and they take care of all my needs I travel a lot so they box and fold my shirts and makes it very convenient to travel would recommend it to all traveling to have dress shirts boxed and folded

I arrived at the building to get a tux for prom. Cigarette smoke stinks the place, and I wait two hours to get in with only two other guys going before me. I finally get in, and the woman who approaches me is very rude.After teaching me the difficultys of a catalog, she simply disappears. I pick out everything I need to, and wait 15 minutes while she is off doing something. It becomes apparent why it took so long to get in. As for my tux, there are different ranks. I picked the best, witch was a five star. To rent, they roughly cost 120 dollars.The night before prom, I get the tux, the vest, the tie, and the shirt. Nothing but the shirt fit. The tux was not the same fit I was sold. The vest was massive, and the pants where wide and much too short.After the rudeness of the woman who took my measurements, I am extraordinarily upset on the result, and the price. It is all around a horrible deal, DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF!
