Everyone was professional and on time. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint I have is that even after measuring the new tub was an inch shorter than it was suppose to be. We have a bigger gap that was filled with acrylic and it looks nice but it was not the correct size.Project still looks nice, was completed on time and they cleaned up very well.

Replaced tub with a new shower.Everything great.Like other people,it was a little expensive though.Hopefully should be worth the money with everything guaranteed.

Very professional installer and the job was completed in 2 days with no mess left behind. Even though the company states our shower is guaranteed for life we felt it was a little pricey. If you dont mind paying more money for a great job done I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters!

The replacement of two 24 year old fiberglass tub/shower, with a new shower base and one piece surround, grab bar, and control valve/shower head. The work was performed perfectly. Keep in mind this work was performed during a pandemic. Bath Fitter protocols kept me and my wife safe. Which is very important because we are high risk for the virus. We are very happy with the great job and. Especially the little mess created and wonderful cleanup. Could barely tell they were here until walk in bathroom and see brand new shower. They were very professional as far as appearance and respectful. Definitely recommended!

The contractor that put the shower in was very good. He did everything by himself. He was a very personable individual. He knew his work well. Jeff was very good.

The installer was very competent, the result was very good, but it was a bit pricey.
