Favorite nail shop. Alex is amazing with nail decisions. My nail finishes are super natural looking and last a good few weeks. Id go early to beat the crowds.

I came to Ashley nails one week prior to get dip polish the following four days one of my nails completely came off from the bottom up I went back to get it repaired and ask them to file to clean the rest the nails because they looked horrible. Especially because it’s only been five days they told me no even though I was willing to pay for it. I will never come here again do not come here to get your nails done. If I could give them a zero I would. Besides the person who did my nails didn’t understand English.

Ashley nails is hands down the best nail salon in Zachary. They are friendly and so caring. They genuinely want to make their customers happy. Wait times can be long and they are working to improve that but they take their time. They WANT you to enjoy your pedicure or manicure service and they want to make sure your Acrylic nails are done correctly. You arent just a number to them like most salons where you are in and out. This is a family owned business and customer service is Priority to them. I love this salon!! ❤️

Very satisfied with the service I received at Ashley Nails! I’m new to the area, so this was my first time here. I gave 4 stars because I came in for an acrylic fill, and gel polish color change. It took an unusually long time, but I understand they were busy, seeing as though each tech except one was with a client when I arrived. Also, I wish they kept the same tech on you the entire time. I had 2 different techs on me just for a fill, but like I said it was a little busy. They did do a great job, and I will return for sure!

I love Ashley Nails and Spa. This place is clean, comfortable, and professional. Dependent on the time, it can be a long wait which may cause some to be frustrated; so be sure to take your patience with you along with a book or music and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Remember its a spa and not a drive through service. So think spa, relaxation, Me Time and leave the anxiousness of quick service at home or think of a different place if you are in a hurry on that day - just a friendly suggestion.

Very upset with this place. I went here for a year. There were 1 or 2 workers who acted like they didnt want to be there. But they did a great job. Then the last time I went there they decided they didnt want my business anymore. I walked in. Sat there over an hour. They took 3 people who had just walked in the door ahead of me & acted like I wasnt even there. 1 guy tried to wait on me. But he was told to go to next customer. While the pedicurists dropped theyre jaws & looked at each other in disbelief. Thats when I became highly insulted & left. I WILL NEVER BE BACK

They do wonderful work. The staff is very friendly and they know what t you want when you walk in the door.

Ashley Nails and Spa is the best Nail Spa in Zachary. They do the phenomenal nail enhancements that transform your hands look so beautiful : Dip Powder Nails, Shellac Gel, Ombre Nails... with trending shapes in 2019 like almond shape, coffin shape, ... I chose the best one pedicures are so wonderful ...so relaxing with amazing Sea Salt Soak put in warm water, tub always covering with disposable plastic liner (That liner is 1 time use for each client ...so clean) . My feet felt so good with Sugar Scrub that exfoliate my dead skin off & callus removed as well . Then I get the Detox Mud Masque with the warm or hot towels wrap like the boots on your feet . Finally the Massage Lotion wow factor !!! with calming scent like Lavender, Lemongrass, ..., You have to try this place located at 5145 Main St. Zachary any occasion or event Wedding, Mardi Gras, Birthday ...I highly recommend this Spa to All of my friendsIve been this Nail Spa few times and definitely come back here nowhere else in the future when I come to Zachary!Paul - Master Esthetician

Nice atmosphere. Great job on powder nails and pedicures. Quick in and out.

After waiting for an hour, I asked one of the techs how much longer it would be for me and my friend. He was very rude and could not give me a number for a time estimate. Perhaps it was a busy day, but they were definitely understaffed. I would not recommend going on the weekend and would still be wary of poor customer service.

I was overcharged for a refill just because I get round nails not square.... did I mention it was a refill so my nails were already shaped. I dont mind paying, but dont just add a few dollars on just because.
