I contacted Mike to assist me with selling my home in the Foothills. Mike was very responsive and assisted me with handling minor issues since I do not live in the Yuma area. We listed the home for a fair price and received an offer within a week. We counter-offered, which was accepted and the sale went smooth from there. I thought I was going to have to travel to Yuma to tie up loose ends, but Mike assisted with minor things such as removing an old refrigerator, coordinating having a couple repairs completed, etc... I didnt have to travel to Yuma to complete the sale. Overall great experience.
