Shaun and Poly have both been wonderful. There is a lot that goes into getting a myoelectric arm but they have patiently taken the time to update me where they are in the process. Every visit they have been cheerful, kind and helpful. Can’t wait to have two arms again thanks to them!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADVANCED PROSTHETICS! Polyhana Ruvalcaba is rude. In an attempt to understand a bill, I contacted the business for clarification. Because Polyhana was not patient with me in explaining the bill, she further personally attacked me and judged me. She is 100% unprofessional. This type of service this should be the last concern for a patient when they are seeking care. In the business she is in, patient care, courtesy, kindness and professionalism should be #1. Take your business elsewhere. There are other Prosethic businesses in Yuma such as Hanger and Rx Positive. I regret the day I chose to handle my needs with this business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
