I have been to this establishment quite a few times recently. The helpful staff is always inviting and incredibly informative. I have purchased a watch, engagement ring, and a wedding band. Kassie the new store manager had great insight as to what ring my now wife!! absolutely loves and made the buying process simple. Although there were several other customers her efficiency made the process relatively quick as well. The rest of the staff has also been so helpful with cleaning, and resizing of prior purchases. Love the store and will be back as often as possible.
My dog ate the ring box for my engagement ring because it wasnt put up and I called Zales so the ring wasnt loose on a cross country journey where my bf is going to propose. I told them what happened and the were so sweet and gave us a new box. The ring wasnt even from their company. Five stars for saving the day Zales! And awesome customer service.
The store is closed, which is not noted on the website. There is no answering machine message letting customers know that the store is closed, the phone just rings and rings. The sign on the door says you can chat with a representative online. When you go to the website, it says that chat is currently unavailable. I took my wedding ring to the store in March to have two diamonds replaced. Im just trying to figure out where my ring is now. I understand things are crazy right now but this is terrible communication all around.
Went in with my sister and fiance to get her wedding set. She had picked what she wanted on line and it was on sale. We walked in and Nancy asked what we were looking for and when my sister told her she made a face and said my sister didnt want that and refused to show it to her. Instead she went straight to the diamonds even though that isnt what my sister wanted. She wanted what was listed as a white topaz surrounded by small diamonds. But three topaz was the main stone.. We left and got my sisters wedding set elsewhere but it wasnt what she had her heart set on. Nancy ruined what should have been a fun and exciting day for my sister
Very poor customer service. The woman helping us was very flustered and rude, complaining about the store being busy, and basically telling us we were there at a bad time. We overheard her talking about us and the other customers to the client she was currently with, bothered that we were all there waiting.
I have a flat chain my husband bought for me as a birthday gift. The chain is now twisted. Zales says it has a life time guarantee. When I took the chain into the store the clerk told me the jeweler couldn’t fix it. She did not ask a jeweler. However she did tell me I could take it home and iron the chain or lay it under some heavy books. I will be finding a real jeweler who can fix it. So disappointed in the lack of service. Even in 110 degree weather the door was propped open. I don’t know even they were cooling the outside or warming up the outside.
Horrible experience with this place. I paid for rush delivery and was promised a certain date by the sales associate, my item came in 5 days late. On top of that the ring was sized incorrectly and the band was not smooth. Very bad quality of service. The only consolation offered was waiving the rush fee that was $35 for all the inconvenience.
The web site says the store is open. It is 1040 on Wednesday Jan 30th 2019, I am standing outside in my Army Uniform and the two women I see inside are not even caring or looking my way. I took time from my day to spend a thousand dollars for a vera wang wedding band for my ten year wedding anniversary but today you just lost my business. I have spent more the 15,000 dollars with this company, and today you may have just permanently lost a costumer.
I purchased a ring from this Zales roughly 2 yrs ago, insured it completely. Now Im ready to buy another ring for engagement and this Zales is not able to obtain the ring size I purchased. The 2 girls there were VERY unprofessional as they rolled their eyes that I wanted to speak to the store manager about getting better help on the ring size. Needless to say, Im taking my purchase elsewhere.
