The small engine dept has always and continues to be very professional with my customer best interest always in mind. I regard them and their work in high confidence and do recommend RDO for all power and equipment needs.

I will say I was originally going to purchase a Kubota from Bingham but their lack of customer service led me over to RDO. Went in on a Saturday and was immediately greeted and helped out by Jose Gonzalez. He showed me what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way. When youre buying a piece of machinery like this, customer service is of utmost importance since youll be working with these guys throughout the years. I highly recommend the guys at RDO when youre in the market for a piece of equipment.

Came in to purchase a tractor at or around 3no one was there that could make the sale. However the door states they are open for business until 5 pm. Left empty handed. Thankfully Bingham hours stated on the web and door showed the hours of operation. The employees were there to make the sale .

We bought an auger from John Deere and its blowing out the hydraulic seal because of a big auger bit is bent and I dont know what exactly is wrong with it but John Deere wont honor it they wont help us an any way shape or form they wont do nothing for us yes we did buy it two years ago but it only has maybe five hours on it the bent auger bit we never used the one time we used it it did something to the auger blew out the sales tried fixing it cant seem to figure out how to fix it and John deer they wont do nothing for us DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JOHN DEER
