Fabulous place to get loaded. My appointment was for 5pm arrived 10am left two hours later. Very polite people working at this place.

If you can avoid this shipper do it. They ship batteries. The receiver is the American company. They ship from the Portland area going to Yuma Arizona. I was at receiver at 4pm on Thursday and its 5.37 on Friday and they just started unloading me. 43000lbs. 1200 miles Tql paid me 1600$. LOTS of mountains. Dont do it!!!.

Usually have you loaded within an hour, sometimes its two. Always arrive at the end of your appointment time because odds are usually against you to show up at the beginning of the 10-hour window and them having the freight ready. There is parking just on the other side of the building where you can do your 10 hour if you arrive early.

Appointment time was 5pm but I get there 9 am. Got the dock right away. Detach trailer. In and out 2 hours.

Usually great with drop and hook. 3/17/20 not good at all. Pre-loaded trailer not ready so will be late to final.

Dont know about overnight parking. But for sure u can park on s Maple Ave. Arrived at 1.45 for 4.30 appointment. Got a call for dock door in 30 mints n was out by 3. Cant complain about this one. Slide tandems all way back. Keep bills n seal in back of trailer. When u see green light after unloading, go to office n get paper work. Guard checks the trailer before leaving so keep it open. Nice fast n friendly 🤝

Very safe parameter security. Kinda tight trucker parking for bay unloading and pulling out. This is battery control yard.

My appointment was at 2000 yesterday and it’s currently 1200 and I still haven’t got a call. I checked to make sure they had my phone number down correctly and they do. And no promises to get loaded today🙄They don’t even deserve the 1 star😡I’m not coming back here again.

I check in 11:00, I get unloading 12:30

Came in on time for 8am appt for a live load and was told that load wasn’t ready yet and they would call me when I could come in. I’m still waiting in their staging area and it’s already 15:00. Long wait!!

All goes well when the times are set. Got there early one time they had parking around the block. All the other times for easy in and out. Except for the last time, which went to a different Warehouse about 4 miles away. But they were super fast unloading there. drag to drive some more

They are quick and thorough. Respectful and professional.

They offloaded my driver in less than 2 hours. They told him that if someone is late for his appointment it takes them a while to get to him.

They took 5 hours early then my appointment time its great4 star cause they sent me at 4 different warehouses cause they had no room to unload my truckbut it was really greatgo check in 8 am when they open they take your phone number they call you before your appointment time if they are not busy

Arrived at 1130 for a 1700 delivery. They gave me a door in 45 min and unloaded me in a little over an hour. Left at 1330.

Good luck getting loaded at this place! Nobody cares about your appointment here, they will send you back to some dead end street and let you rotten there for days! Not organized place and nobody cares about you or your driving hours! Wouldnt recommend to anyone esp. owner ops!! Stay away or buy a tent and be ready to camp for days until your order is picked. 👎

Long waiting never come back again

This is without a doubt the worst place Ive ever had to load. Got here at 05:30 p.m. to check in for a 06:00 p.m. scheduled load time, and finally at 02:00 p.m. the next day I was given a dock door to get backed into. I will NEVER load here again, and you all would do well to read the reviews before taking a load here. Id give it 0 stars, but it wont let you.

One star for the security guard, the shipping office are very rude, you will tell them the dock your trailer is at they still ask you about pu # after you loaded

Not sure about the shipping department looking at other reviews probably not so good. But receiving was excellent. Came 3 hrs before my appointment on a saturday. Got me in a door and unloaded within an hour. Not bad for a jci. Live unload. Z

Got here at 04:30 p.m. to check in for a 05:00 p.m. scheduled load time, the next day 9:30 am, no body call me. Still waiting!!!!

Had a pickup from these clowns said to be ready at 10 am thursday, still waiting at 3 pm friday. Management is in a meeting. Do not haul out of this place!!!!!!!!

The horrible views are CORRECT!! I wish I had of read up about this place before accepting load...The fat security guard has the same attitude..This experience is the worst..

Horrible receiving structure, no one cares, they dont understand drivers life and delivering companies expenses when you deliver and sit there for 3 days., appt. was for 1 pm Saturday, driver checked in at 12pm, they told him he has no appt at all, now its monday and he is still waiting there.

Crappy ass place to deliver if they give you an appt and somehow you get there 8 minutes late they put you on standby instead of giving you 15 min window because surprisingly enough we don’t control traffic and traffic lights crappy customer service!!!!

This place is very lazy 6.00 am up to 3.00 pm never ever coming back and will never advice to another drivers worest I ever been 20th year in trucking business is verry bad place

Place is a freaking joke. Im a driver and Ive been here since 10:30pm last night here it is 4:00pm today and still isnt done with my load . Are you kidding me ? Hurry up lazy ass people. And the security guards act like there real cops! Haha gtfoh!

We got a door and about 1/2 way into loading then they came out and told us that they are still getting the load ready and that would take about 30 minutes...it ACTUALLY took another 4 hours..

The worst receiver and atleast 10 hours to get off 5 pallets.

Have to agree with reviews, been to Yuma and south Carolina and super slow and dont care about your time or other appointments you have.
