Great place for your cell phone repairs and needs. I got my phone repaired by Angel (one of the staff) who said they’ll repair my phone in 15 minutes. I didn’t really expect the repairs to be really fast. I thought it would take a few hours to fix my screen but low and behold they shocked me. 100% would come here again for phone repairs.

I needed my phone repaired because I had cracked my screen and was soon moving to Kansas so I desperately needed a working phone. We went in and they explained the different prices. They said we could save some money if we chose the most cost-effective screen. The display wouldn’t be as good though, they said. Took me by surprise how honest they were and the time they took to explain what the difference was between the 3 different screens they could install. They were all professional, honest, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend.

Came into to get my Xr screen fixed great customer service jose helped me out was quick and easy 5/5 Forsure!

Went to pick up item already paid for through a mobile app during store hours. Store closes at 6pm. Got to the store 430pm after work. Should still be open but store said closed. Looked into the store and got two blank stares and heads shaking “no.” As a customer, that feels pretty lousy.I insisted to ask one question, and they annoyingly waved me in. Speaking through the security gates, they refused to give me an item that I already paid for. It’s a simple matter of looking at the item invoice and matching the receipt on the phone. The store is still open for another hour and a half. The excuse was they would have to “restart all the systems...” and they can’t be bothered with that now and to pick-up item on Monday.First impressions are incredibly important. Something I don’t think these store owners don’t understand. Won’t be going back to their store for ANYTHING if they just make up store hours and close early for happy-hour on the weekends.

These guys were great. Brought my iPhone in for replacement screen and then about 2 months later had to replace the iPad mini screen (kids). They did an awesome job and kept me informed about where they were at in the process. Customer service is great and all the guys I met in there were friendly. Definitely recommend them! Hopefully I won’t have to go back, but if I need work done again, I’ll be bringing it to them.

I came in needing my phone replaced properly, not to mention I paid an additional overnight fee to have it done quickly and received it the next day and noticed it was done wrong . My screen was popping out and not staying in, also my led Flash was dangling loose . To which left me frustrated after having brought it in a second time and hearing the employees response to every question and concern with a response of idk youd have to talk to my manager and not attempting to reach him at my request. Most professional business I have ever been to! Took my iPhone 5s there after breaking the screen. Jesus and company replaced it on the spot and ensured proper functionality. They answered all my questions and gave me a great deal on a new screen as well. A few months later I dropped it again and suddenly my front camera no longer worked. In August purchased a $10 screen but they had to order it. Last week October 3rd, I realized I never got a call from Tech Monkey. So I called... what an attitude. He told me I must have a problem with my voicemail. I call BS right away. He blamed me said hed order it again after he admitted he sold the part I already paid for. So here it is 10 days later and still no contact. So I guess my $10 screen is just too much. I would call again, but why listen to the disrespect.

Had my phone all cracked and I took it to this place and now it looks brand new and they were quick at fixing it, it looks better now then when I got it!

The left side of my nieces iPhone 6 screen stopped working after the floor hit it (her words). At first it was just a thin line of non working screen and she found ways to get around it for about half a year, but this first week of June 17 it got worse.Now, I had been referred to Tech Monkey by a wireless company employee, and I called them to see if they had the part needed in stock (they did) and to ask about pricing. When I got there the staff were friendly and the phone screen was replaced within the hour.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to have their broken phones fixed, and in fact, a couple of days later, when the floor hit MY IPhone 7, I returned to this establishment, and had my screen replaced.
