The first rep I spoke to was super nice! Smiled, welcomed me to the store and tried to answer my questions. She is the reason I was able to give more than 1 star. However, I believe she was the manager, named Sophia, was rude AF. Couldnt put a smile on her face with a crowbar. Very nasty, rude and short with her lack of answers. I honestly felt like I had just walked into my execution. They werent able to help me but after Sophias attitude and lack of professionalism, I wouldnt let them help me if they could. I will NEVER return there. If the office trash can was on fire I wouldnt pee on it to put it out. 😡😡😡
