Mike is the bomb and he can out talk me which is saying a lot. Have known him for nearly 30 years. We take all our vehicles (not frequently enough) to him for detailing.

Mike was more than professional,very friendly, efficient. He was extremely informative about how to have your windows tinted and what would work best for me. I certainly would recommend him anybody I know. A prime example of what customer service should be.

I tried to contact them to make an appointment for window tinting, but they never responded.

This place came highly recommended to me. Its my understanding that they do excellent work, which I do not doubt because they seem to be booked all the time. Every appointment is at least two weeks out, so they must be doing something right to be so busy. More business than they can handle! I use this term appointment loosely. When I called to schedule, they said to drop it off in the morning of the day my appointment was scheduled. Honestly, I forgot to get it over there first thing in the morning and by noon it was too late. I missed my window to get the best tinting in Yuma done on my car. Aside from the fact that there was some confusion on the date of my actual appointment.Im not gonna tell them how to handle their business, but maybe they should consider hiring someone else to help. Of course, that comes with a downside. Im sure they dont want their quality or the reputation to suffer by taking on too much. Maybe just having someone who schedules the appointments that will actually take down the name and number of the customer. That might help.Nonetheless, theyre doing very well without my business. Maybe Ill try them in the winter time when getting windows tinted is not at the top of the list of things that need to be done.

We had my wifes Ram 3500 detailed and Durashield put on, Truck looks incredible, service was great, highly recommend.

The waiting list to get in can be a bit long but well worth the wait. Mike did an outstanding job, on a very dirty vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use their services again.

I have had my car wax and polished twice here and been very happy with the results. Today I had my Windows tinted. Mike did an excellent job!!! I am a customer for life!
