Phenomenal experience! The customer hospitality is way up to par. The environment is laid back but maintains a great level of professionalism. The staff is amazing and genuinely has your best interest at heart. I didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way like with most dealerships. There was no coercion or that over the top persuasive tactic that a lot of dealerships also have. Even the paperwork was completed within a timely manner,, as well. Amazing first time buyer program I went there with my 98 crown Victoria got 130,000 miles and I left with a 2016 scion IA and I have no down payment just a Trade in The only issue I had was the serpentine belt hasn’t been changed and broke in a week when I own the car but they fix it and problem It need a new touchscreen but I have other buttons to control the screen

Love My Jeep Renegade that I was able to take home after trading my Mirage back in April. Went in to look at a car, and was interested in one I looked at. I was told everything worked, and after purchasing and driving off the lot. To my surprise my speakers didnt work. Tried playing Sirius xm but couldnt hear anything, played music off phone and cd and no sound.. get it in the shop to get fixed a week later, and the next day, after speakers are fixed, I pick up the vehicle to no longer having Sirius xm, due to antennae error.. this is the second time, and the last time, I will purchased a car from here. I have found issues with both cars less than a month after purchasing. Ridiculous if you ask me. Kudos to the salesman Josh though. He did a decent job

Stopped in on Saturday, before Memorial Day, at 200 in the afternoon to have the check engine light checked. Since the service department closes at 300 on Saturday, David Gomez, my service advisor, apologized and got me set up with an appointment for Thursday. He explained in detail what the diagnostic service was and the cost. I asked if there is a Military/Veterans discount and he told me the cost with the discount. Appointment was scheduled for Thursday at 1100 AM.Arrived for appointment and David got my CX-7 into the bay almost immediately. He came back about 10-15 minutes later asking if the check engine light went off before coming back in. I said yes, he explained that I needed the airbag recall completedand the technician would run another diagnostic. David came back again and explained two concerns from the diagnostic test. He also recommended that I have a fuel injection flush done due to the mileage.He explained that he would have to order the brake switch and it would be in the next day. I agreed to the recommended work and now have appointment for tomorrow.David was very knowledgeable and explained details in a manner easy to understand. Everyone at Flightline Mazda is exceptionally courteous and helpful.

Purchased a 2018 jeep Sahara in the end of May 20 21 and the screen looks like it had a screen protector on it which the salesman had told us was the screen protector for the screen.. turns out and the end of July I started having stereo problems and turns out it was not a screen protector the screen was damaged the whole time now the screen is coming apart and we called and they said pretty much it was our problem other than screen problems works great but they probably knew screen was messed up and sold it to us like . I trusted the salesman and I shouldn’t haveThis is the second purchase I’ve made at Mazda I’m just disappointed..

I have never in my life had the outstanding service provided by your Service Advisor on both of my last visits. He is friendly, professional and shows true concern for any issue I raised. I got a deal in the mail that they would pay off my loan if I traded in my car with them and they came through. They paid off my 14000 loan and I walked out of there with a brand new Cx-5. They were very courteous and very quick. The only thing they didn’t come through was the 0% interest but I still got a decent interest. I would highly recommend them.

Wife went for window tint and had terrible customer service. Picked up the vehicle and had to replace battery for some reason. After getting quote for new battery we still were charged for installing battery. As a courtesy we were given 10 dollars off on battery but later realized they just added another 10.80 of misc charges.Terrible terrible service. Would give a zero if it was possible. If you can get service somewhere else please save yourself the rude, and dishonest employees. 👎🏻

The price was supposed to be $19.95 for an oil change. They charged $31.26. They washed my car, but, not the bottom half of the front. Next time, I’ll take my car to Wal-Mart.

Frank, was very helpful and courteous. But he tried very hard to talk me out of using synthetic oil on CX5. Even after I insisted several times.

They didnt tell me that the car was ready, they didnt wash the car, and the employees werent very friendly.

The worst experience they scratch my car and they did a terrible work i have to go back so they can fix it but I’m really scared because I don’t want to let this people to touch my car and damage it more it’s unbelievable what they did to my brand new car I took it the to upgrade it with tint windows and now I have scratches and the tint it’s terrible huge bubbles
