Josh responded to my message the same day. Josh came to my house and did a great job with my above ground spa. He was running a little late, but he text me that he was on my way. Josh drained and cleaned my spa. I appreciated it that he drained the water further away from the patio in my backyard. I told him this would be a one time service because we were getting the spa ready for the new homeowners. Josh didnt charge me for the service. If we were staying in the area, I would have use Josh to service my spa on a regular basis.

Sent a message through the website on a Saturday morning and got a fast & quick reply. Josh worked with my schedule and was able to come out same day, on a weekend, to help me solve a problem with my above ground hot tub. 10/10 would recommend and 100% would hire him again.

A 10/10 experience. In a county that seemingly offers lackluster contractors and tradesmen, Josh stands out as the epitome of excellent. He had to cancel due to a last-minute emergency, but compensated me by going above and beyond- even refusing to charge due to his mistake in scheduling the first time. I called Hi-Desert because I was having trouble with a hot tube that I had built. Joshua came to my house. he was so professional he called to inform me he was on the way, if okay, and was actually sooner than the scheduled time. He studied my system thoroughly and then in layman terms explained how I could correct some issues with it. He recommended I try the fixes, if I wanted to, and then call him if there was further problems. I was very impressed with his willingness to help and he did not want to be paid for his time and help. He felt I could correct the issues. I have total respect and appreciation for his business ethics!

Josh did such a remarkable job switching us from pool filters to a sand filter system for our in ground salt water pool that kept getting so dirty. Not to mention the hours of cleaning and changing out the filters that never seem to really be clean. What an amazing job. He also fixed our leak in our salt cell pipeline. We employed Josh Pope and he was always professional, punctual, detailed an always did a stand up job, would recommend his services over and over again.

Josh has been super helpful and brought our old hot tub back to life by installing a new heating unit and control panel. He has always been available even after hours to answer any questions. Definitely recommended if you need help with hot tub or pool.

I have a small 10 ft round pool that I bought for my 5 yr old daughter and knew nothing about how to take care of it. I called 3 pool service companies who didn’t want to be bothered with me but the third one referred me to Josh at Hi Desert Pools. I asked if he could show me what I needed to do and would be happy to pay him for his time. Overall good service and prices.I would recommend.They could have better communication, but I understood they have a busy business.I still have some other issues with my spa, but I will continue to use them . I will be posting follow up with review.

I have lived in Yucca Valley for many years and have had a pool for the last 10 years. I have been dealing with sub par pool service for many years. I found Josh recently and have had my faith restored in local service. My pool looks better after 2 weeks of his service than it has in the last 10 years. I could not be any happier with the honesty this company has shown and his patience to explain everything to me. Josh was super helpful with our above ground pool. I called about the access dirt we have been having on the bottom. He came out the next day. He was on time and gave us alot of info on how to maintain our pool. He cleaned all the dirt off the bottom with his equipment and made sure our water was balanced correctly with chemicals. He definitely knows what he is doing and i would reccomend this company to other pool owners in the high desert.

We had struggled for months to get our pool right. We had our water tested multiple times at a local company still no luck. We hired Josh in July and his attention to detail and knowledge was evidenced by the fact that the pool looks the best it has in years. Called Josh in the morning and he came that afternoon. I had a green pool and my filter and vacuum weren’t working properly. Josh vacuumed everything thing and got it all take care of. Awesome customer service.
