They did a amazing job setting up my grand daughters birthday party. They had everything we needed a jumper, tables, balloons, even sound equipment thank you so much for coming in your day off to pick up all the chairs and tables, you guys went above and beyond for me thank you so much

Shop needs to be cleaned..but easy rental experience. The owner was super nice and got my tables and chairs for our party.

They delivered the jumper the night before the event. And my kids got to enjoy it longer, because it got picked up the day after. There were no issues with my reservation. Overall, a great experience.

Called a week ago about needing a helium tank for party on Sunday. Girl on the phone said they have plenty. Just come get one on Saturday before 4pm. Called on Saturday to confirm at 10:30am.....man said sorry we rented them all out. .....Poor communication between employees. Terrible customer service. I told him the girl said I could get one saturday. He said oh well too bad.

After calling them and finding out they would not honor there advertised price and finding out they have no one to deliver there jumper I had to rush down after work to try and reserve my jumper that I would have to load and unload me self we get everything written up and they refused to rent to me bacause my drivers licenses was from out of state due to the fact that we just moved here. Very frustrating!!!
