Polite, and very knowledgeable employees. Plus all the extras for your phone is 80% cheaper then Sprint/T-mobile. And they have better coverage too. On the down side they are more pricey but it is worth it due to Verizon is more reliable.

Okay so dealing with the cluster truck of keeping my old number from a prepaid carrier was annoying as heck (not the stores fault!), BUT the sale associate was super helpful and worked with me for over an hour to get it fixed. Finally said it would get approved in a few days, but it went through an hour after leaving the store. Just want to thank her!(and I feel super bad for forgetting her name)Everyone was really nice. The guys that work here are very nice however they were not able to help me with my problem. Lately Ive been receiving numerous texts with emails instead of phone numbers so I cant block them. I went to Verizon to see if there was a way to block emails from texting me and unfortunately they dont have a solution...

I talked to worker a week prior to today... about a virus on my (verizon) phone! I asked him if my daughter was eligible for a upgrade( on her 1 year old iphone.. he explained to me yes.. and she would only have to pay $29.00(left to pay off 1/2 purchase cost of her phone).. Today I brought her to store to upgrade her iphone.. and she spent $200.00 to get upgrade! Ridiculously higher then $29.00! I feel like we were baited and switched! I am apolled.. and not happy at all!

Buyer beware of this store. It is not a corporate Verizon store which means that the deals that they do here may not be sanctioned by Verizon. When I went in to purchase a phone and pay in full, they insisted on setting me up on a payment plan after I paid in full and said that the monthly payment would be credited each month. So now Verizon is looking into this and telling me that I owe $150.

I have always been helped within 5-10 minutes of walking into the store. Great customer service and excellent network quality for what Im paying. Other carriers will charge less and give you mediocre service or not tell you about their hidden fees- Verizon is very upfront about every little fee so you know exactly what youre paying for. My family switched from AT&T 3 years ago and weve never looked back!

I called the Yucca Valley Verizon store to ask a few questions actually quite a few questions. The lady that answered the phone was Amanda she was one of the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Because of her knowledge an attitude I went to the store. I waited until she could help me. To repeat she is very knowledgeable an pleasant. Im a person that asks a lot of questions an she was able to answer most all. If there was something that she was not sure if she got the answer an didnt try to buff her way. Something that I appreciated an also makes for a great employee. I brought in an iphone 8 I bought on Amazon to the Yucca valley store.I was waited on immediately by the assistant manager, he activated my phone and I was done in 5 minutes. I think this was the first time Ive been in a verizon store when someone was willing to help me. I recommend this store.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a new Samsung and decided to buy the replacement glass protective screen option. I was told that I could stop in at any time, as often as needed, to have a damaged protector replaced.Well, I stopped by the store about 3 weeks ago to have my screen replaced (first time ever), and the young lady told me that they had just run out. I left my name and number, and she promised to call as soon as a new shipment arrived.Today, I stopped by to see if the order of new screens arrived. As it turns out, they had not.How long does it take to order new screens?The employee told me that she would speak with her general manager.Heres some advice for the office staff:1) Take names and numbers. Give courtesy calls to the customers so that we dont feel like weve been ignored. More than 3 weeks have passed, and Ive not heard from the store even once.2) Have the general manager call the customer to apologize for the delay/misstep in ordering. A promise was made when I purchased this protection plan option. Promise has gone unfulfilled.3) Offer an account credit of $5-$10 as a way to show appreciation. No customer should have to wait a month (or more) for something that should be in stock.4) Do not suggest that I visit another store. I live in Yucca Valley. I purchased my phone and the replacement plan from your office and staff.Ill stop by in a few days (8 March) to see if anything new develops. Maybe a shipment of protective screens will arrive. (Not holding my breath...)

Spent hours in this store switching from my parents to my own phone plan. Turns out the guy just registered two cell phones to my name instead of just upgrading the one I had. The next day I spent over an hour on the phone with a Verizon customer service representative who was very nice. He ended up telling me I have to go back to this store. So I came back and Omar helped me this time. He fixed the mix up which is why Im not giving it a one star but failed to refund me for the activation plan for the phone I never wanted so I ended up having to call back Verizon and get it refunded that way. I feel as though 10 hours (total) of my life was taken away over something that should have only taken two. And FYI this is a PREMIUM retail store which means its not a true Verizon store. I almost didnt get refunded over the phone because this store is different than a normal Verizon store. If youre really looking to do something complicated, I recommend looking for the nearest actual Verizon store.

Customer service was awesome i had phone issues that they worked hard to correct... turned out my phone was originally assigned to a govt prepay and though the line was active on Verizon it wasnt transferrable unless company it was assigned to released it... long story short this company was no longer in service so the service could not be established... Verizon Customer Service worked really hard to help me, i ended up buying a new phone... im happy

My husband and I spoke to customer service about upgrading and were told it would only cost tax for the phones. We thought itd be easier to do it in person. The manager said it would be $500 plus the tax and he couldnt do anything because thats what the computer says. If that was the case when we talked to customer service 3 times they would have told us. We received bad customer service and now we have to figure out how to get the phones shipped to our RURAL address which has difficulties getting things delivered properly. Very dissatisfied.

I have been trying to resolve a problem with my account for three months. I had a tablet put on my account in error and have been paying for it, under an obscure name, for almost a year,without possession of the tablet. I have had empty promises in regard to tablet being removed off my account and a credit issued. Tyler is the representative that states.everytime I call, that he just had paperwork in hand or he was just going to reach out to me. I drove here from base in 29 palms because they had run out of the s10+ there so I called ahead and rosey said she would hold the last s10+ for me! When I got there herself and Jonathan helped me upgrade phones. We talked and laughed for a couple hours since the Verizon people on the phone didnt know anything and we kept getting put on hold. We recently went to the verizon in yucca valley to purchase the new iPhone . Rosie was there to greet us with a smile. We are older folks, so we had lots of questions...... Rosey was polite, patient and spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything we wanted to know. I suppose the bigger issue was, I was unable to sign into anything in my phone due to some error with iTunes, Facebook, or whatever....... However, Rosey diligently took my phone and worked tirelessly to try and fix the issue for me, as you can imagine I was at my wits end. Point being, I ha e not received customer service like that in a very long time. My husband and I returned a month later to get another new phone and to ha e Rosey help us. Rosey took excellent care of us! I went in a couple of weeks ago & she put the screen protector on my phone. Today I went in with my husband for an early upgrade. At first the store manager, Dan?, helped us. He was helpful, too. Rosey was knowledgeable and able to go over the specs that my husband was looking for. The internet in the store was slow but Rosey was so sweet & just talked to us like real people (instead of dollar signs). This is by far my favorite Verizon store to go to. Its clean, has seating (which is great when youre 40+ weeks pregnant like me) and the employees are always kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Absolute worst experience ever. Walked in with $ to add two iPads to my account as wasn’t even acknowledged by a single employee. Stood there for 10 minutes and just left.I’m updating this 3 years later to say that this experience was so bad, that as a sales manager for the fastest growing brand in the US, I use this experience to train my employees on what not to do.The service was so bad it still stands out in my head to this day.
