Went to get something notarized. Very quick and very inexpensive! Wonderful ladies. Also some cute little local items Im sure you cant find anywhere else. Will definitely make this my regular postal place!

I wont mention names. The manager needs a refresher in customer service. Shes very rude, condescending and sour. If you are that angry at work maybe retire. To the blonde co worker, outstanding customer service skills. Great attitude. Im sorry but I will not be returning to that establishment again.

I was having an ID badge printed there and the woman made the ID badge so big that it was no way I was going to fit in an ID badge necklace after I pay ten bucks for that hard copy she didnt offer to make it the size I needed never bothered to ask me for the size unbelievable

These ladies are the bomb! Ive been in there several times over the last month with court stuff and theyve always been super cool and helpful. They even opened the doors early for me this morning when they saw me waiting outside. I will never go anywhere else! Keep up the GREAT work!

Called ahead and asked about having a package sent here, the woman I spoke with gave me the address and told me the prices and didnt tell me about anything else I needed to do. I had the package sent and the tracking information on FedEx said it had arrived so I went to pick it up and was informed that they sent my package back to the sender because I didnt give them the tracking number or additional information which nobody ever told me I needed to do. I recommend going with the UPS store instead and making sure your package is sent through UPS. Oasis Postal Plus needs to train their employees better and learn how to run a business. I do not recommend anybody use Oasis Postal Plus for any service. Very unprofessional.

This might be a long review but it’s worth reading! I feel like today you don’t find a lot of people that really go above and beyond what’s expected of them... BUT Joann went above and beyond for me today! I came in to return a package and wayfair provided me with one return label and I had two boxes—which doesn’t work. She grabbed me a box, repackaged my stuff, cut off my return label from the original box and re-taped it on the new box. I mean—SERIOUSLY?! She was great! I was having a tough day and she really stood out in a positive way. So much that I had to come and write a review to give her a little praise. Thank you Joann

My brother went in on Friday at 3:30. The gal that does notary stated she quits at 3:00, come back Monday. I came back on Monday and the same gal told me I have to pay in cash only. She wouldnt take my ATM or Visa cards. I told her I would have to go somewhere else. She rudely replied, You do that sir! They obviously arent hurting for business.

Sam was rad! She helped me get my art printed on super cool paper and then wrapped up to get shipped out for a Christmas gift. The store was SLAMMED and she was so nice to everyone. I will definitely come back.

I called needing some binding done, and was able to get little information over the phone because the woman wasnt at her computer right now nor could she tell me how long it would because she couldnt see from where she was if the person who does the binding had come in yet. While the price for the binding was twice how much Staples would charge, I will say that the binding did come out quite nicely.

Was given another price over the phone for the services I needed printed, and overcharged $40 extra dollars. The manager or owner in charge was awfully mean, and talked down on her employees. There was only one employee wearing a mask. The manager was awful, and provided no positive feedback whatsoever. DONT GO HERE.

As a business owner I have been dealing with postal service centers for more than 20 years, and honestly, I have always hated to visit them. I had the feeling that they provide the worst service ever and that people working there hated their job. So I have spent hours of my life waiting, explaining and leaving pretty annoyed.This all changed when we opened an office in Yucca Valley a year ago and needed a postal facility to get stuff delivered to. Somebody recommended Oasis Postal Plus and we checked the place out. From the very first meeting with Sam until today, I have never ever had anything to complain about. Sam and her staff are not only very professional, respectful and fast, but always have a smile on their faces and some nice words for you - no matter if they are in a rush, hit by a pandemic or maybe not in the mood. They provide a lot of different services and always make you feel welcome.As soon as our first contract expired, we agreed to go for another year, because this is not just a business, but a community with a lot of heart and positive vibes. Now, going to the post office is one of my highlights of the day. I can only recommend their place. Thank you Sam, JoAnn and all the others!

I have ben there 2 times this week and no one was wearing masks unbeleaveable.The staff was not behind plexyglass and they had no masks plexiglass is no excuse to danger many people and brake the law with a excuse of plexly glass there was no plexly glass when I was there how bout you prove it with a picture

I didn’t really know what I was doing because I don’t need to mail anything often, and she was very nice and didn’t make me feel bad at all. I will never go anywhere else for my postal needs! Were a small business located in Joshua Tree and use Oasis Postal Plus for most of our bulk shipping and all of our business cards and marketing. Oasis has the best possible customer service, a true friendly local business. It is always a pleasure working with there team and weve had nothing but great experiences. They also go out of their way to find ways to save me money (which I really appreciate it). Highly recommend!

I was just there 10 mins before closing and got turned away by the lady at the counter. All i needed was to fax some time sensitive material and she said to come back tomorrow... While they are open I got denied service.. Smh

I own a local business here in the desert and have been using Oasis Postal Plus for my personal & business print outs, scans, posters, copies and supplies. I love how easy it is to email them a flyer or image and have them print it out for me- or make a hundred color copies for an event. Recently we ordered 2000 glossy stickers for our shops bags and we were so PLEASED at how amazing they turned out. I also love the do it yourself print station area where I can print & assemble things myself. I love small town mom and pop businesses and admire how everyone who works here always tries to patiently accommodate all the procrastinators who show up with their rushed jobs and LA attitudes. I often tell my husband you would have to be a saint to work in a copy/print shop.

I really enjoy working with an owner/operator that can answer all of my questions. Also, I started renting a private mail box. Air conditioned storage for my Fedex/UPS deliveries, excellent customer service, & great prices. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Oasis Postal Plus!

I love this place. I was in Palm desert and thought I could get my copying done there but I was quoted a dollar more for colored copies. I waited until I got back to You, where I was greeted with a smile and very helpful people. Will keep coming here

Customers are required to wear mask but shes doesnt. By she I mean Sam. She is rude especially to senior citizens. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Hope she remembers me, the guy who just walked out

I have never experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in my life! I walked into the store to the obnoxious voice of the owner talking badly and complaining about her customers, which already gave me a bad vibe.I came to pick up some prints at the time I was told theyd be ready. There were no customers when I arrived but I was rudely brushed aside when I asked for my prints as the owner walked to the back. I had no idea what she was doing, but I assume that my prints werent ready, and she was scrambling to get them done.By the time she walked out, I thought shed have my prints, but nope! She sat at the computer and fumbled around, mumbling something about not knowing how to get them printed. I ended waiting for about 30 minutes -- what a waste of my time! Any attempt to get her attention was blatantly ignored.I was becoming increasingly impatient and frustrated, and was about to walk out when she FINALLY finished. I took a look at the prints and they were completely messed up and looked NOTHING like what I had asked for!I brought this to her attention and instead of apologizing, she demanded that I pay for what she had already printed before printing me new ones. I refused to pay for HER MISTAKE and she got upset, became super aggressive, and was appalled that I would even request her to make new prints.She was extremely rude condescending, telling me that it was MY problem since I needed more prints! The nerve of her!! Im never coming back here again!

I appreciate that every time I have used Oasis Postal to purchase shipping items, make custom copies, or ship packages the Women that run it have been over-and-above helpful, And are always professional!

Do not go here for scanning. Youd be better off buying your own scanner for anything more than a couple pages for how much they charge. The service was very slow and at times the ladies seemed unfamiliar with their equipment which resulted in a lot of time wasted and illogical statements. I made the mistake of not asking for the price before hand and will not make that mistake again. They charge the same price for scanning as they do for printing an email, which makes no sense as theyre not proving a product and only giving use of their equipment. $3 for the first page and 50¢ for every page after, meaning a document over 100 pages costs over $50. The customer service was friendly but bossy at times. I will avoid this place in the future.

I went to them to have labels made, they asked me to email my design to them and they would let me know if they could print it and how much it would be. I went right home, and emailed them. No response. A month later I emailed them again, no response. I went in to see about printing my labels after them not responding back to me. They told me that they dont reply to emails... my question to them was Why tell me to email you my design and youll LET ME KNOW if you can print it or not? The woman behind the counter asked me to talk with someone else, I went to that person and told them the same thing. They pulled up my email and then asked me What would you like us to do? I told her, its all in the email what I needed, can you print them or not? She refused to read my email where I had very detailed information that I didnt know off hand. I asked her to read my email and tell me if they can do that. Again, she refused and started getting an attitude. At this point, I was getting angry because we were going back-and-forth with no results. I walked out and will never go there again.

I called to find out out if they had a notary for some business I had to do from work. I called from my work phone and our calls are recorded, So I stated that to the person who answered the phone. The lady hung up on me. I went into the store and told her it was me who just called and I was hung up on twice. She said she didnt take those kind of calls. No apology for being rude. Tall blondish curly hair. Resting b&^%$face. RUDE! Save yourself the trouble, Going Postal is farther for me but will now get all of my business...

I have gone for prints a couple of times there and both times Siobhan was amazing. Whatever they are paying her is not enough. Yesterday I saw her handle three customers simultaneously . She was doing some Photoshop adjustments for me on a PC, some editing on a flyer for another guy on a MAC laptop and also seeing to another girl. Her Photoshop skills are really really good which is invaluable for a print shop. Rarely have I seen someone navigate around that program so well. The price of the prints was really good and Oasis saved me from having to email files to an L.A. printer.

Terrible customer serviceWent in to get a few prints of my artwork. Chick behind the counter with long dark braids barely acknowledged me when I went up to the counter. She treated me like an idiot when I asked her what sizes and paper options were available. Then she randomly walked away from me mid conversation to help 3-4 people who came in AFTER me. She was super warm and bubbly with them how are you? Omg unlook soo cute as always tee-hee which got immediately shut off when she spoke to me.After 20 mins of being ignored she finally came over and asked if I minded of she helped the rest of the 3-4 people who came in after me. I told her Id already been waiting 20 mins and that was ridiculous to ask. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away to help the other customers. Unfortunately this was not the first time Ive had terrible customer service from this place or that girl. No wonder theyre going out of business. I usually try to give my money to small locally owned businesses but after that looks like Im taking my business to staples or something 🤷

Always a very helpful and cheerful staff. They get very busy in there being the only real print shop in Yucca, but they always seem to handle it with a smile.

I went here to have A FedEx package that was sent to me by mistake. They would not except it for return because they said they didn’t not want to except the responsibility to have it returned! Really? They told me to call FedEx and have them come and pick it up when they come there every day and they couldn’t even just hand it back to them! So I drove over to the UPS store next to Vons who also does FedEx, asked them if they would return it for me and they said no problem we will send it back today. I suggest you use this Store instead of oasis office supply.
