DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY!!! They will steal your money! We were honest and up front with this agency and they screwed us over! We never got our security deposit back! When we first got to Yucca Valley we had to find a room mate, they asked us for two separate checks which were $750 dollars a for a total security deposit of $1500. We fulfilled our contractual obligation for the one year lease and left the place spotless! Long story short, without our permission they cut a check to our room mate for the total amount and she took off with our security deposit and we have no idea where she is, they do and they will not give us her address! Being an intermediary they should have never made out one check. There should have been two checks that were cut to two different parties. I called back and was told that I needed a power of attorney to speak on behalf of of my wife who the contract was under because I was in Afghanistan. I got the power of attorney and they refused to talk to me still! The fact of the matter is that they made a mistake and will not own up to it. All you can ask is for anyone to do is the right thing and they lack the honesty and integrity to do so. DONT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS HERE!!!

The are not %100 perfect and kinda laid back, but all major issues with the house my bf and I rent get taken of in a reasonable amount of time. Problems with broken outlets and needing the chimney swept, someone was sent over in a week or less. The couple that run the management company are working hard with a lot of different properties, so I have had to remind them in case I didnt hear back regarding something once or twice. I plan to make any requests on paper from now on so they have it for their records and can share it with the owner, but they cant be held respobsible for what the owners dont want to fix/upgrade. I will update my review once we move out in case our view changes, but for now my bf and I are really happy with them. I wish them the best.

This was the most horrible rental company I have ever worked with. Over a period of a year of paying my rent on time there were numerous problems with the microwave, oven (gas) leaks, and water leaks. I would call and call and the property management wouldnt return my phone calls and I would be stuck with problems such as these. When I moved out I paid someone to clean it and also had someone professionally clean the carpets; it was better then when I moved in. They didnt return my full deposit because of a water leak bill that I paid that was 177 to which I paid 100 and I had never had a bill over 87 as long as I had been there. I immediately called about the water leak but it had already been leaking over a period of time and they didnt come out until the next day to fix it. They took the expense out of my deposit. I will never recommend this property management to anyone because of their lack of follow through and care for the client. The seemed to be interested in making a profit and not providing others with the requirements of renting a place.

AAA refused to repair items on my rental home. To appease me they reduced my security deposit by 50%. The needed repairs resulted in extremely high electric bills. Their usual response is The owner did not approve the repairs. Repairs include a garage door that does not function or close properly. A garbage disposal that is non functional - food falls in the drain despite my best abilities, so I am required to shop-vac that side of the sink frequently. A stove with 5 burners, but only one operates. The roof is peeling off the home and is even sagging in the middle. Every morning we, as a family, sweep all the dead roaches out of the house. Now today when I called to find out why after six months my issues have not been addressed, the answer given to me was that I had only paid half of the security deposit.

Never, Ever Do business with this company. They have no idea what they are doing.
