I had the best smoothest transaction with this company. It’s family owned and operated and they are so helpful. My vacation rental is in Big Bear and I needed a last minute replacement couch Delivered. I had to do everything over the phone since I live in LA. I had a two hour window to have the old one taken out and the new one in and Andrew and his sons sent me tons of options and installed and removed the old one with only a two day Notice. The owner of this store and his son were so helpful. I went in looking for a daybed. They were willing to show me anything I was looking for. I tried out a nice sectional couch with pull out bed and storage on the floor. I loved it. They were willing to give me an amazing discount! But then I laid on the deluxe twin bed and didn’t want to get up. I found my perfect bed! My health came first! They delivered my bed within the hour and I LOVE IT! One of the best investments I could’ve made! I plan to go back for future furniture purchases. And would highly recommend them to my friends, family, and home styling clients.

Looking at items off of Facebook feels questionable. La Bella was responsive, professional, efficient and most importantly trust worthy. I wouldn’t feel comfortable paying someone before getting a product. Small down payment, they delivered the same day!! Great company I’d recommend.

We went in the store in search of a new mattress. The owner was not there but his son was and he was extremely helpful despite his insistence that he doesnt know much. The owner returned during our visit and was welcoming and quick to step in and assist. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable and honest. Gino let me take home the furniture catalog so I could show my choices to my husband and we were able to pick out exactly what we needed. GREAT furniture store. I seen their ad through offerup and called. It was super easy to get approved with their credit. The furniture is sturdy we got triple bunk beds and the mattresses were good. I could not be more happier with my new bed from La Bella furniture store in Yucaipa, Ca. I work all the time, and I actually had on my calendar to go to Jeromes furniture that day. I have often passed this little gem of a store many times since my nail shop is close by, but this day I had to wait to get my nails done and went to this store to see what they had to offer. The owner was so nice and considerate that I couldnt walk out. He worked with me and considered everything I was looking for. He financed me with no problems at all. I had my new bed by the next weekend and am sleeping like a baby! I have told many of my friends, family and co-workers about this place and they said they will go there. I am currently trying to get this item paid off quickly so that I may also get my living room furniture financed through them. I also forgot to mention, the reason I waned to get this particular bed is because I have sleep apnea and even though the store was extremely busy he was patient and kind and got me everything I asked for. I wont be going furniture shopping anywhere else no matter what! This is a very nice family owned business.
