They lost a package and I cannot track it. You are better off dropping it at a postal service instead of here.

I sent a package using them instead of usps and the recipient never got it. They don’t scan the shipping label or give you receipts as proof, so I can’t do anything about it. I would not recommend, just go to fedex, ups, or usps

Ive used Postal Annex on several occassions for my business where my clients use Fed Ex, and UPS. Im able to complete my mailings all in one location. Each time, the owners have been very nice and professional. They are real easy to strike up a conversation with and just spend some quality time like a good old fashion business. Staff here dont charge for a 6 inch piece of tape! Even though this store is further away from my house I go the distance because of the service this team provides.
