The app made this whole cumbersome job of doing laundry a much more enjoyable experience. No more do I have to worry if Ive got enough quarters. I can pay via app! Its insanely faster and way better use of my time, imo. I plan to be back!

Jennys laundromat seem to take care of their equipment. Washers cleaned well and spin cycle left no excess water in laundry. Dryers performed 50% better than another local place Ive used recently; the cost was approximately 20% higher but worth it because I finished in less time. I gave it 4 rating because it really needed sweeping and trash cans were over-flowing.

I was delighted to see they expanded the facility! Its the cleanest laundry around!

Unfortunately the washers do have a bad odor and one of the 2 loaders has a broken lock which we hadnt realized until we already put in our quarters and detergents.

A little over a year ago I used to frequent this laundromat... when my machine broke again, Jenny’s Laundromat was my first choice to come and wash my clothes at! I was stoked to arrive here and see that their machines accepted debit cards! My joy was quickly over run with filth. Random large spill on the floor, trash everywhere, and when I went to load my soap into the machine it was encrusted with LOTS of other soap. Kinda gross? Definitely not the place it used to be. Only two tables to fold at and not nearly enough seating.

Best laundromat around, clean, well lit and in good repair. Rarely are there out of order machines, gets busy sometimes be prepared to wait a few min if you want a specific machine. All machines are LARGE LOAD and range from 2x to 7x loads so make sure you brought all your laundry, no small loads. All machines are equipped with card readers as well as coin slot, change is available from a machine on site.

One of the machines had a minor malfunction and the owner came right down and fixed it and was very nice and friendly.

4 minutes of dry time for 25 cents. Had I known, I wouldnt have washed my 10 pair of Levis. Cost me an arm and both legs.

This business shouldnt be allowed to open its doors! This place needs to be reported to the city! The ceiling is falling, only 3 dryers work, water all over the floor, no place to fold your clothes... The absolute worst, dirtiest, and just the most disgusting place to do your laundry. I would NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS LAUNDRY MAT.... EVER!

When I came to yucaipa this is the first laundromat we went to when we moved here let me tell you that although they made a lot of improvements that made the place look better now especially the fact that I can use my debit card to wash my clothes and dry without having to go to the atm machine or pay any fee for it either so WE LOVE IT HERE THE MACHINES ARE GREAT WASH IS A BREEZE BUT the dryers is the thing I wish I wouldnt waste my quarters on the ones that hardly warm up or heat up makes no sense I dont know but all landromats have these types of machines that dont usually dry or heat up as much so it makes you upset and waste of money this irritates me a bit although over time you wash there then you get to know which ones are the dryers that best heat up so you get your money worth and dont waste your time.

Came in with my wife to do laundry and we usually spend about $25-$30 in laundry every two weeks. Well considering that this is a newer establishment we figured that the machines would be faster, quicker, and better. Well they are not. We used their big load washers that were $6.75 a load, they didnt wash the clothes very good so we redid the clothes in two of those twice! My wifes whites are not exactly white anymore. We saw other customers having to rewash their clothing twice as well. And the dryers... Well one quarter, 25 cents, only gives you 6 minutes of drying time and some dryers only give you 4 minutes. Their medium heat selection might as well be the no heat selection. No lie. Our budget of $25-$30 to do laundry turned into $60! They dont wash right and they dont dry at all. And no we didnt over stuff the washers.. In case anyone was wondering. And All brand laundry detergent is a good quality detergent so it wasnt the soap. Im going back to Yucaipa Coin Laundry on the circle of Yucaipa Blvd and 2nd St. Its not new but their machines are always serviced and wash good. And 50 cents gets my clothes dry. Todays economy, you got to save every little penny that you can. And I honestly do not feel like over paying for horrible service just to make sure that somebody else covers their bill to keep their business running.

Very pricey no bathroom, not enough chairs for people to sit and wait, place was dirty clothes didnt get rinsed well enough just an awful experience there Ill got back down and visit my niece in Indio fabulous laundromat there!
