This review has been long overdue. So I used to have a membership here for about 3 or 4 months. The reason I stopped going was because a bunch of the workers were buddy with my stalker ex and telling him every time I was at the gym so he could stalk me some more. Well, I had to call several times to cancel because they would not answer their emails or the first few times I called. Then when I told the guy what was going on he just said for sure. Like really?

I have been a member of Fitness 19 since it opened here in Yucaipa. The Staff is always helpful and friendly. I met Trainer Angela and hired her to train me for a few sessions. She kicked my butt, and she taught me if I take care of my body and mind it will take care of you back. Thank for being a part of our Community.

I appreciate just being able to go to a gym and workout in a positive environment, Fitness 19 has that. Thanks

Good but hard to reach them over the phone

You might see some reviews on here from a cranky older women complaining about this perfect gym. Please disregard those comments because this is the BEST Fitness 19 hands down. The staff is so incredible and friendly. The management team takes care of all their members. A few weeks ago I had a negative experience from another MEMBER (cranky old lady) who proceeded to call me a derogatory term after she stalked my workout. The whole situation was very inappropriate. I voiced my concerns to the management team and they took swift actions to make sure that they protect everybodys mental and physical health at the gym. Ive been to almost all the Fitness 19s in San Bernadino County Redlands, Rialto, Moreno Valley, Ontario, Fontana and Yucaipa Takes the Cake. It has the best staff and besides that one cranky lady it has some of the best members and atmosphere. This will soon be your favorite gym. Big shout out to the staff there and the DM you guys are awesome.

From all my other gym experiences this gym still holds the number one spot. Always clean, cool, well lit, has great staff, has all the equipment you could want and an overall great gym environment.

Gym is okay. They were closed the whole year and then turned me over to an obnoxious collection agency because I prevented them from taking $500 out of my bank account for equipment usage fee. Closed for covid 19, but equipment usage fee? After 5 years and 4 members on my account, they blew it bad. They need lessons on how to treat their best customers. I went elsewhere.

Love this gym! Wish they had an outside area that I could use. They did start charging fees again even though they are only allowing people to workout inside(which I dont think is the smartest). Was able to put a freeze on the account until things clear up which was nice. Will def be back when things calm down with Covid but would have liked a notice that fees would start being charged.

I very much enjoy working out at fitness 19 in Yucaipa. Everyone is friendly and they keep the gym clean and keep plenty of damp wipes for sanatazing the equipment

An amazing gym workers there are nice and helpful they have so many equipments for so many types of workout and also its a very clean gym.

I go every morning around 6am. Staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer the morning time so its not too crowded. It is definitely a smaller gym but they have everything you need to get a great workout in!

Workout and dont blow all your money at the same place.

Its good and most people there are friendly. Only draw back is that they are not open later on the weekends. Its the only gym close to me also

Decent gym. Not very big, but you can still get a good workout. The lockers are sort of small and Id recommend showering at home.

The place is good for straight up workouts and plenty of treadmills. They have the kids club, classes for what ever. They also have protein supplements and drinks nice and cool. The membership value is great.

I like the gym and you cant beat the monthly dues, but it is way oversold causing crowding and having to wait on machines. They only have multiple of a few machines so you have to wait or find something else to do. I would rate it a 5 if it wasnt so crowded. It couldnt hurt to be a little bigger also. They did remodel the restrooms. Staff is great. They always greet you when you walk in.

Really good place. My only gripe is that the section that is clearly marked for circuit always has one or two patrons casually using one of the machines. When you ask them to let you use the machine because youre trying to keep pace with the timer, they really get upset. Like they cant move aside for 90 seconds while you use the machine for its intended purpose. Well, most people are understanding. Certain types get pissed. I wont open that can of worms.That was a long rant on a single subject, but that is the only problem I have with Fitness 19. Everything else is golden. Machines that dont work properly seem to be addressed in a timely manner. Plenty of availability with the rare exception that the gym is a little crowded. Very friendly staff.Theyll show you the section set aside for circuit training. Dont get your hopes up. Consider it general use like the rest of the gym. Honestly, you can go around the people that arent there for circuit training and come go back later. Its just that you shouldnt have to. (can you tell this boters me? seriously, it really is a great gym.)

Amazing gym. They keep machines clean and gym members are nice. The staff is great!

My girlfriend and I have been going here for about 3 weeks now. Every time we go in its nice and not to crowded. So far like the place.

I think this is a great local gym and have most equipment available for almost any workout along with a good amount of each piece to go around for everyone. I only give this gym 3 stars because I believe that they could offer more classes involving yoga and also perhaps a spin class maybe 3 to 5 times a week.

Wondering why its taking months to fix my start date. Computer shows Nov 2016 and good for 3 year membership. However when I go in they always tell me Im expired. Its getting old and tiresome having to explain. Get the record fixed or find someone who knows how to fix them. Im signed up until Nov 2019. Otherwise its a great place for classes and workouts.

Wow, ok. That other review TOTALLY wasnt written by an employee or manager, kinda cheesy. That aside the gym is pretty cool. tried out other gyms, this one seems to be best. Workers are cool and friendly, gym is always packed, usually hard to get the machines you want.

Dear owner of Fitness 19 Im really happy that people could ditch the mask which allow me to return and it was great to see peoples faces. If youre ever interested selling the Yucaipa and Redland location I will be interested in buying those clubs I would like to start a Fitness 19 in Beaumont

I am very satisfied with the unique approach my trainer, Jaimee, is taking to help me build strength with my inured, imbalances. They also have a great variety of equipment.

Nice assortment of machines, friendly staff, great trainers, and hours that fit most schedules (except that they close at 8pm on Saturday.)

Showed up at 7am and gym was closed, one of the trainers showed up and was trying to call someone with keys but no one was answering, not cool. There was a crowd of people waiting. Then a guy showed up and let us in, apparently he took someones shift and forgot about it. We were waiting a long time and he didnt even apologize. That was unprofessional.

Great staff and equipment is well maintained.They have the best personal trainers around town.

I have been a gym rat for nearly 25 years. This gym is by far my favorite! Enough equipment that I RARELY have to wait.THE STAFF IS AMAZING. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. They are welcoming and sincere. The manager Bryce is persoanble, professional, and keeps an awesome staff. They greet me everyday and say good bye everytime. They will do your BMI as often as you ask. I will be a Fitness 19 Member for life, no matter where I go.

Great monthly rate if all you want and need is a gym to do your own thing/access to classes. Class instructors are all amazing, especially Cheryl. There is no pool or sauna, however they updated the restrooms and put some fresh paint and colors on the walls, as well as a new water station and redid the aerobics room a few years ago, so that really helped with keeping nice and up to date. They get newer equipment every so often as well. Management is pretty good at getting back to you with answers to your concerns but it may take a few days.All and all, I like this gym because of the price per month, Ive been going here for years now and havent been able to bring myself to pay more for a different place, with only a few more amenities. Plus I do have access to all the Fitness 19 gyms across the US at no additional charge.

Supper friendly staff they keep the place nice and clean good and cost is not bad they even have deals.

It seems as though you are not important if you dont give this gym hundreds of dollars...I only needed the gym for 13 days and no one even offered me the month pass...i told them I lived over an hour away and this was only temporary...I wanted to see my progress after only working out for 13 days to get ready for my wedding..Angela told me to come see her Friday when I was done..but when I asked if she could weigh me to see the progress that I made she blew me off saying she had no time for me...this is the worst experience that I have ever had at any gym...i will not be returning...i paid $109 to work out for 13 days and they are still taking another $20 out...when I called the manager Brice he was no help and not very curtiois. He did not want to help at all...i would think after I was told that I could dispute it that someone would at least try to help me rather than get a bad review...

My husband and I try to go three times a week if we can. We cant get there more, and its only $10 a month (plus the original $200 down), so its a great value. And we have full access to everything in the gym. I know other gyms charge like $100/month. Its just what we need, too, because we cant go at regular times because of our kids crazy schedules, so we go when we can and use the machines.

Told they would send me to collections if I did not pay membership. Would not cancel my membership per my request.Bryce was very rude and not helpful in any way.Have to make a special trip from out of area. Cost unkwn for trip.Will never use them again. Found out each is individually owned and operated.According to them you have to go to the site you joined in person in order to cancel.Very POOR customer service.
