I made an appointment a week prior to need someone to come out. The day of the appointment the guy was 30 min late. He stated he had a customer in the office. We were on a tight schedule as explained previously to the appointment. The guy said no problem.The real estate agent gave me a 1 hr. Time frame. When the guy arrived he took measurements in a timely manner and said Ill call you this afternoon with an estimate. It has now been over a week without a call. I have called and left 2 messages without a response back. Poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! Bob helped us pick out a quality kitchen flooring at a reasonable price per square foot. And he offered excellent advice on how to properly install the planks. Will certainly do business with M&M on future projects.
