Great place and staff I always go here to get my 5 gallon propane tanks refilled. Much cheaper than a swap out and they actually get filled all the way up.

I have rented many different things from both of their locations. It doesnt matter which location you go to you can expect the same thing everytime. You can expect a fair rental rate that wont change when its time to pay the bill. They have to charge tax but no hidden charges like some places. You can expect competent employees that have answers if you have questions about the tools that they rent or the rates. You might not expect them to be the most friendly youve ever encountered, but competent you can expect. Attitude isnt an issue for me, Im there to rent tools, not make friends so I will take competent over friendly any day of the week. You can expect the tools you rent to work when you get them home or to the job site. This is especially important sometimes. I used to rent a trash pump when I had to drain swimming pools in Palm Springs. In Palm springs you need a permit to drain a pool and you can only drain them between 7pm & 5am. If the pump failed it would have cost me money instead of getting paid. Id have to spend time and buy fuel to go to Palm springs and back another 2x, & another permit fee. The home Depot sent me off with bad pumps, but Redlands Yucaipa Rental never did. You can expect that I will continue to rent from them every time I need to rent a tool. I recommend that you do too.

Dont go here!!! Use ready equipment rental instead. Theyre are much more professional.Terri over at redlands yucaipa equipment rental is extremely hard to work with and refused to allow me to talk to the other owner. Allen there manager argued with me and lied to me about getting the problem fixed the same day.Definitely not going back here. There equipment failed during operation. They refused refund. Enough said, aside from all the hundreds of dollars I spent on preparing for this work day to excavate dirt.
