It took a while to be acknowledged & had to ask to be helped while standing in front of three people. Lots of workers..lots of personal talking going on. My car was sitting outside for quite a while before keys brought in. Was told getting rid of the oil was the reason. Not sure what that means Took car home & now I actually have an oil leak which I didnt have before bringing it there. How does that happen?🙄

Justin provided excellent customer service. He was very patient and knowledgeable while helping me choose the perfect AT tires for my Honda Pilot. Their prices are reasonable and they provide life time alignment and tire rotation services. This place was recommended to me by Mikes Auto Service in Mentone, who is a mechanic I trust (kudos to Sam who is a great person and incredible, trustworthy mechanic).

Sold tires that were three years outdated. Claimed they had no idea. They wanted me to buy new tires from them, then try to see if they could get the old tires warranted. They should’ve handled their mistake but they didn’t. Lost me as a 20-year-old customer!!

Got a wheel and tire package installed on my Subaru Forester today, KMC wheels with Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail tires. As usual, the crew was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And the prices, well you cant beat them! This is my 4th set of tires and 2nd set of wheels Ive purchased from Dinosaur Tire and next time I need tires, I will be back!

Staff were friendly. But too quick to make a sale, rather than provide quality service.Ran over an object. Asked Dinosaur to repair the flat. They said it was irreparable (fair, sure) because I needed to buy new tires. I was suspicious because the tread isnt to the wear bars yet.Went to a big national chain (Americas Tire; very strict on tire safety) where I purchased my tires, and while they agreed Id need new tires soon (in a few months), they happily repaired the flat and sent me on my way -- no charge.TL;dr -- Dinosaur was too eager to sell me 2 tires. Rather than giving me a good experience now and selling 4 tires (plus alignment) later. Because you can be sure, I wont be buying tires from Dinosaur after this experience.

10/10 would NOT recommend. You will come in only needing somthing simple and they will tell you somthing is wrong. They will proceed and hold your car hostage and tell you that you need to replace the part so that way they can relase the car because the car is undrivable .

Customer service is stuck up, rude.Repairs are slow.When you receive your vehicle and the repair failed theres no help.Now that youve spent money and lots of time, when you Pay to get your vehicle towed back so they can fix what they did, you are put at the back of the line . No BS

I had a blowout on the freeway and had no cash on me I went to Dinosaur Tires and talked to Mike and told him what was going on and he got one his guys (Randy) drive to pick up the rim and take it to the shop put a tire on it and I was on my way. NEVER get an alignment done here, including their other big store.Ive had it done to 2 of my cars, and my father in law has had it done to about 4 of his cars.Every single time, its never right. I dont know if theyre lazy, or they only do the front, or just let it sit there and hope you wont notice its the same. Either way, its never right! Ive had it done at numerous places and its always perfect, but here, itll always be lacking!Theyll never give you the printout. Probably so you have nothing to hold against them... And if you happen to convince them to give you one, theyll print out a similar car with a super old date on it and hope you dont notice that either.I recently had 4 new tires put on my car, and while they were nice and even price matched, they once again ripped me off on the alignment. I dont know why I even bother after all the times that they havent gotten it right!Probably just going to have to take the loss of money because Im sure they wont refund me and Im sure they wont fix it right (they never do), so oh well. Sucks to be them because I have 2 more cars that need all brand new tires but Ill be going elsewhere.

Called around to several places last minute passing through Calimesa to see if anyone could change one tire! Most places didn’t want to accommodate at 4:30 when they were closing at 5! Dinosaur Tire mentioned they were closing soon & they would be happy to replace my tire as soon as I got there. From the phone call to the time I left- exceptional customer service. 5 stars all around in my book!

I took my car there for an alignment. They came back with a 1000 dollar quote for new struts and new ball joints. Just because I like to be careful I then headed over to Auto Electric for a 2nd opinion.. They told me that yes I had a leaking strut but my ball joints were fine. As I was parked there my radiator started leaking from the top. Now I wonder if it was screwdrivered. I would have payed 500 for new ball joints I didnt need. They have lost my business, plus my familys business.

Great place for tires

I wish I could recommend this local company, but I cant. Paid for brand new set of 4 tires in Sept. Nothing but problems since. Every day I would have a low pressure warning on my car. Took it in multiple times. Told there was no problem, but the problems would continue. Got 2 new tires on the front and still a flat within days of putting the new tires on. Customer service has been atrocious. Im speechless that this is the service I am getting from such a highly respected and recommended company. Im truly shocked that the owner behaves this way when obviously the service hasnt been up to par. After all this, he wouldnt let me talk on the phone and told me so. Very odd experience.

I was passing by all the way from Canada. Had a flat on my RV. They spent about half an hour doing a flat repair then told me no charge! Long story but I ended up getting a new tire, the service was friendly, quick and affordable. I would give them 6 stars if I could! They exceeded my expectations. Its everyones worst nightmare when you brake down as a tourist, you tend to think they will charge top dollar because they will never see you again. The guys there were nice, helped us right away. But the only thing that was annoying is that my fiance called ahead of time to make sure they had our specific tire. They said they had it. We went and they said they didnt have it. They should be more mindful of that, its hard get out with a baby.

Bought new tires a couple of months back, they took forever and I had an appointment set up beforehand, then they didnt even fill the tires with air nor did they tell us, so we drove and got a flat and had to purchase a new tire. Also paid for the oil to be changed and apparently it never happened because now the car is in the shop. Why? Because they drained the oil but never put new oil back in the car! Dont come here.

They are kind and family owned and oriented. I dont make a lot of money so I always make visits on a budget and they always help me out in an affordable way. Everyone who works here is very kind and does great work. The mechanics know what theyre doing and the people behind the desk that help you out are very kind and patient and helpful. This is a great place to go for simple tasks, specific parts, or more complex fixes. Prices are fair and ive never had any issues with the work I got done.

Friendly office staff, and the prices are quite reasonable. They do more than just tires. They do engines and other work as well.

They are super friendly and honest here. It is difficult to find a mechanic shop that can do as much as they do here that keeps things honest. I went in thinking something really bad and expensive was going on with my car and come to find out it was minor and they took care of it for me at a reasonable price.

Not a great experience, 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change and change rear brake pads, and when I didnt want to get the recommended repairs the person helping me kind of got an attitude. I will probably try them one more time to see if this was an anomaly, as they were highly recommended by a good friend who was shocked when I shared my experience with them.

We were in Yucaipa for pool regionals when my boyfriend noticed the car was leaking fluid. He called Dinosaur Tire and was told to bring the car in. They ordered and replaced the bottom and top part of the housing unit. We were told it could take 5 - 6 hours but it took maybe 3. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable

Horrible ! Waited forever and they mess up my center hub cap on my rims. They stripped the tread on my rims and now my center piece cap doesnt stay on right because I cant tighten the bolt because its stripped . I can see maybe one happening but 3 ? I didnt notice all this until I got home annnd i was missing a cap on one of my rims, Im guessing one flew off ! Im never going there again. I wouldnt recommend it either.

Hey Im a brand new customer. I got a flat tire lastnight, so I swapped it with a spare of coarse. Then the next day I took it at 9am to have it replaced over here and they charged me nearly $100 for one tire telling me its a reasonable price, and then sends me out the door telling me to return around 2:30pm. I was forced to drop a bill for terrible service today, so heres your lousy review. I wanted to hop back there and use there damn equipment I wouldve had the job done in 10 or 15 minutes.

Highly recommend this place I always drive 50+ miles because they have the BEST prices. Ive been coming here for about 5yrs now because they have awesome customer service and they can always get my tires by the next day if not in stock.

Just got my tire fixed great price well worth wait... Definitely going back
