The venue for my grandmothers funeral was very nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The reason I gave it 3 stars was well, any family member would feel it’s a lot more meaningful to do a picture montage with music for their loved one. I did just that, used a program or an app and it ended up being a little over 12 minutes long. Here’s my dilemma. The funeral home has a very outdated video/audio system and wasn’t able to accommodate the video. I had to play it through my computer system with an HDMI cord into the TV and hooked up to a wireless speaker. Persons in the back attending couldn’t see it or hear it. Very disappointed.

We went with another company as they tried to charge us 300.00 for a US military flag that we got for FREE from another company and the other company was half of the cost.

They are very pleasant to talk to, very understanding and will assist you with your need quietly.
