Eli cleaned the tile/grout in our house and sealed the grout. I am so happy we decided to do this. Our tile and grout was so dirty from the previous owners. Eli was honest from the very beginning and informed us that not all spots are always possible to get out to due oil or the amount of traffic. With that being said, he was honestly able to get about 95% of all of the stains out of the grout. We are honestly so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Steam Clean Restoration to everyone!

Travertine tile is limestone and must be cleaned cautiously with special attention to ensure the cleaning solution used is not acidic. I have had Eli come to clean my carpets for almost four years now and each time i am more impressed with his work. He carefully places bumpers at each corner prior to bringing his equipment inside. He also prepares his hoses in a way to keep the entrance door with a small opening. I have had Stanley steamer leave my doors wide open while working and leave me with flies everywhere. He pays special attention to my furniture and always asks if there are specific requests when cleaning our couches. He also makes suggestions to maintain furniture cleanliness and offers insight on keeping our carpet from staining in high traffic areas. I used this service for my kitchen tile. Eli did a really great job as it was in need of lots of elbow grease. I called to get a quote and he came to my home quickly. He gave me the rate and it was really good. He was able to set up the appt. within a couple days to work around my schedule. He is just one guy and he cabme in and got all of the work done in less than 3 hours. Eli was very nice and accomadating on everything. If I had to give one thing they could work on it would be more attention to the grout cleaning. It wasn’t bad but what he started with it looked great.
