If I could “0” stars I would. I called to have thermostat replaced. I was going to do it myself but I hurt my back (unrelated). I had already bought the “assembly” that cost me $22.00. When I told them that, Nancy told me they had to use their own part. I was quoted over $140 just for the part! Mark ups are one thing. This, kind of behavior, in my opinion, is just criminal. Places like this drove good people like Tire Guys out of business.

I shopped for tires intown, Integrity Tire had the best price on my Goodyear Assurance A/S. Nancy & Pete took good care of me, tires were in next day & installation went well.

Called about getting a tire patched they said it would be $30!!!! Where’s your integrity? Americas tire does it for free. Patch cost 5 cents. Labor would take 10 minutes.

It will take 1 hour to fix a flat tire on a spare... I decided to go up the street to Morales tire and it took 25 minutes to fix not only my spare but also give me a used tire. And I even had the tire under warranty at integrity Goodyear but decided to give my money to a business who works hard.

Grumpy manager, expensive repair service.I do not recommend.

They accommodated for my inexperience with car repair nicely.Services are cheap, but the staff is so nice they fixed my tires for free. Roy, the manager, definitely gets customers back in.Prices are upfront so you know what you’ll pay before they work on your vehicle, and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

A guy ahead of me was 63 yrs old and payed over 500 dollars for two tires. He looked a bit pale after being told they couldnt get his spare tire on so hed have to pay for the tires. What a crock, Im so tired of elderly abuse.

Visited this location after a terrible experience with Goodyear Certified Tire and I am so thankful I did. Even though the shop was short handed, I was still able to get right in. The level of customer service and care was phenomenal and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and thurough.
