JUST OKAY...An overheating vehicle left me in need of a rental for a few days. Though I appreciated the fact my CarMax MaxCare extended warranty covered a rent-a-car, this experience was just okay.The Chevrolet Malibu kept displaying a 3% oil life warning and should have been washed before it was allowed to be given to a customer (a few bird droppings were presented on the vehicle when I received it). These two things weren’t a deal breaker, however, it didn’t put this company in the best light in my mind.

Satisfied with the car performance and service. It was easy to pick up and drop off the car. 2 things you should have done is at least fill out the car with gas, not empty that I need to gas up right away, and please do the car maintenance promptly, the lights on for change oil.

The staff was fun and professional. My rental (Ford Fusion) was clean, and fun to drive. We got delayed, and needed the car a few extra days. The staff approved the extension with no hassle. THANK YOU, Enterprise! :D

Cindy called the day before our trip to let me know the truck she had ear marked for us was in an accident. She upgraded us to a Jeep Gladiator at no charge. When we showed up in the morning to pick it up, she was personally washing it for us. We ALWAYS rent from Enterprise! Cindy is friendly, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we have a pleasant rental experience!

I did the reservation online. Currently they are doing curbside pick up. Once it was my turn I was in and out of there. Great service on pick up and return. Vanessa helped us both times and she made it very smooth.

Recently I was on the border of the evacuation zone from the El Dorado Fire in Yucaipa area. My vehicle was in the shop, so I rented a vehicle and packed my items so that I could evacuate if the order came. I was able to obtain a rental at the last minute and it was exactly what I needed.Cindy Jetter was the person who helped me. She asked how my day was going and I was honest about my struggles. My mother was with me and is in and out of a wheel chair, I also had chickens and other animals I was planning on leaving behind because I wasnt sure what I was going to do with them as evacuating my family and dogs was the priority and I was so tired at that point already. Cindy offered her cell phone and offered me to bring some of my chicken to her home for safety.I just wanted to say how incredibly touched I was by her offer. Not only did she ensure I had a vehicle I needed on a moments notice, but she went well beyond her job description to offer help to someone in need. Shes absolutely amazing and appreciated for all she did in her job and beyond.I didnt expect to get what I needed on last minutes notice, nor did I expect to have my hope in humanity solidified by a stranger with such a kind offer.If I ever need to rent a vehicle again, Enterprise in Yucaipa will always be my go to. Thank you Enterprise and thank you Cindy. 🙏

YUCAIPA ENTERPRISE: Always had good experiences but this was the first poor experience. The vehicle style I requested was not available so I had to opt for something different less inclusive. Second, the car was not clean compared to other vehicles I have rented, and finally, the car wreaked of smoke and I had to purchase air fresheners just to make the rental tolerable.

I rent from Enterprise regularly and the car is always ready and clean. The employes in Yucaipa are very professional and helpful.

My experience was not good. I made a reservation for a luxury car at a certain location, but the day of they changed the location on pick up so I had to take off work earlier then expected. When I arrived, the car that I was supposed to get didnt work. Instead of them trying to take care of what I needed just tried to shove me in another car, which was a down grade. They said if I wanted another car, to drive another 20 mins to another location. When I asked for another car they said those were dirty and it was gonna take some time, but the car I ended up leaving in wasnt even clean. The exterior was dirty, which wasnt that big of a deal but their was a red syrupy stuff around the cup holders. You would think at a time like now they would be cleaned better. Worst experience. If i could give zero stars I would.

My friend rented a car, reserved it yesterday, for 8 this morning . We arrived 6 minutes early and they opened by 8. However, we had to wait for them to clean and wash the car first. We didnt get out of there til almost 9. What started as a 200 rental ended up being 398 bucks after adding insurance! They dont even if cover their own cars! So disappointed!

The two girls were working hard with multiple customers. Enterprise bragged how they clean their vehicles extra hard during this co-vid. Well guess what the vehicle was dirty inside and out. We were not the only one who received a dirty vehicle. I have rented many times before from Enterprise and received clean vehicles. I also reserved the vehicle for early morning and they said they would have one ready at 1:00. But they were able to get me one from another location. Enterprise you need your full staff back!

They tried, I wasnt able to rent a car from enterprise because I dont use banks, that I wasnt able to rent the car was only due to a philosophical objection I have for banking practices.I do feel that the employees at enterprise did everything they could to help me .

They dont have enough cars at this location, I was assured that I had a rental waiting for me and when I was halfway there they called me and told me they didnt have anything until noon, not the first time at the Yucaipa location. I could go over the Redlands office but they make you carry 2 giant key fobs locked together with a cable so you can barely fit them in your pocket. Too bad they closed the Loma Linda office because I could walk there from my house in a few minutes. I guess Ill have to try other companies like Budget or Hertz, I am tired of the Enterprise disappointment time and time again

They really don’t care now that COVID is rampant, the customer service is terrible. The stores are closed on Saturdays now, just to get an extra day out of people and then they’ve closed some of the locations forcing you to go further then you planned just to rent a car. So with all of that you would think they would have staff at the open locations...nope!. They have one person doing check pickups and returns, went to return the car and was a line of 6 people waiting in the 108 degree sun because they wouldn’t let people in the actual building and we all had to wait because they only had one poor girl working. You closed other locations and didn’t bother to bring people to the open one??? Took me 45 min to return my car. So definitely won’t be using enterprise unless it’s at an airport because they are just milking this unfortunate situation at the stores.

Car was a peace of junk.the people told us oh well is what it is tire sensor kept going off on us the whole time saying the tires were low I have rented from this place many of times and never had a problem until now they need to take better quality in their cars and care what their renters think may not rent there again

I have rented for over 15 years from Enterprise and its the first time I am asked to take a car in for an oil change and driving it without valid tags since aug2nd when tags expired since June. Paid over 1700 in this rental so far and my points didnt even get that 2x points promotion. Oh and location made me renew the contract in person when I live over 60 miles away each way.

2nd time I use enterprise and both times Ive encountered musical prices my rental started out at $31.99 then 36.99 finally 41.99 prices dont seem the same when you pick up the vehicle I think if I ever use enterprise again Im gonna ask for an exact quote email

Rented a car right before New Years weekend. I made my reservation online a week prior to ensure I would get a vehicle. Ebony was the young lady that helped me. She made the process smooth and was very polite and professional. I appreciated the prompt service since I had a minimal amount of time at pick up. Thank you Ebony and the other nice young lady that checked my car in after the holiday. I will be back to this location. Quick and easy.

Small rental agency, so getting the right vehicle without a reservation is difficult. However. The service and staff are professionals and dedicated to doing their best to meet your rental car needs. I recommend using this service, make a reservation is best. But if you need fast service and you are local, they will work hard to meet your expectations.

I had to rent a car from them when my own car unexpectedly broke down on me when I was going home from work last April 2019. I had this rental car for a week & the ladies that work at the Enterprise rental store in Yucaipa went way beyond what I was expecting to happen! I owe them big time & want to get them something yummy from the folks at the Edible Arrangements when I can do it!

Enterprise is by far the best agency to rent a car from. Besides picking you up or dropping you off, the agents are super accommodating. I have no doubt I will use Enterprise every time I need to rent a vehicle. I have even recommended Enterprise to a friend that needed a truck to move. He was also completely satisfied. We rented a car with them when my wife got in an accident. At first we received a Nissan Armada. When we realized that the car was not fuel efficient and too big for us, they allowed us to trade it in for an elantra. Great service at the office when switching cars and they even texted us to make sure we were good.

Found two cigarette lighters in the van and non of them worked.. only one usb worked.

We have used this location for years, just because of the great customer service. The staff seems to turn over and/or relocate quite a lot, which can be unfortunate since there is no chance they get to know you and your preferences, yet everyone has always been just great, efficient, helpful and friendly. Well continue to choose this location because of the staff and the great deals.

I rented a car 2 weeks ago smelled like smoke So I had to call corporate for them to give me a discount then when I brought the car back since there is a little pet hair in the car theyre trying to charge me to clean the car When thats their job

HORRIBLE customer service!! Severely under staffed!!! They will go the extra mile to get you in a car but once they have your business their true colors come out!! You call and call during business hours and no one answers the phone then it hangs up on you. I am not a complainer by any means and I have never posted a bad review in my life for a business, but I couldnt let this incident go without warning people. Please do not go to this enterprise!! Go somewhere else!!

Very poorly run, totally chaotic, no entry to office, no place to sit for people with handicaps outside, no system of helping who’s next, two people trying to help customers, no parking (too many customers for a very small lot)

They do what you need them to do with no hassle and Jessica will go the extra mile to help you out. Left less stressed than I arrived.

The Yucaipa office was very busy and I had to wait an hour for a pick-up. But despite the mass of activity they managed to be very friendly and also upgraded my car to a hybrid! Im always treated well at Enterprise.

Booked a car on a budget 2 weeks in advance, they didnt have it when I got there. Drove me to Beaumont when I needed to go west. Got a free upgrade! Good customer service.

Thos was a disappointing experience. From the customer service received after the reservation to the actual automobile. I have rented at Enterprise 30 times at least and this is the first time I was disappointed. The car wasnt completely clean. In fact, it had writing ok n the window that indicated the had just received the car.The car was set not to exceed 80 mph. Which meant that the car constantly beeping every time we approached 80 mph was a constant nuisance. Drove us crazy for 4 days since most of our driving was on the 101 freeway. On top of that, the music was factory programmed to stop at a level 15, which wasnt much since to sing Christmas Carols while driving with toddlers.Before even renting the car, they told us they didnt have a premium SUV and asked if we could take a minivan. I agreed and the next day was then told that the minivan had been rented out.Nathan had told me that he was looking for a car and he would call me back. I never received a call and had to call at 330 to make sure they even had a car for me.All-in-all, it was a very poor experience. Very disappointing for a long time customer.

I rented a lot of cars from various companies. I have only had one experience with enterprise in Yucaipa and I must say it has been the worst car rental experience Ive ever had. I needed to rent a car while my car was in The Body Shop being repaired. I had asked for a minivan or some other vehicle that was a 7 passenger vehicle. They said they didnt have any available, I askediftgey could pull vehicle from another location before I picked up. When I went to pick up my vehicle they did not have a 7 passenger vehicle nor had they even looked for 1. So I took the vehicle, midsize, that they had for me. But someone was returning a 7 passenger S UV while I was there. I requested that vehicle and she told me ot was on for service and would be available after 12. I told her to hold it and would be in after 3. When I call the next day they told me they rented the vehicle to someone else. So I called enterprise of Redlands and they had a vehicle for me. If you need to rent from enterprise go anywhere but Yucaipa.

Had a reservation for 12p.m. when I arrived was told they didnt have a vehicle and was referred to the Redlands location. Arrived at the Redlands location and was told they didnt have the size car we had reserved(full size sedan), instead had a much larger vehicle (F150 truck). Waited almost 30 minutes to only be told we were going to be placed in an SUV because the truck that was promised was in fact not available!!! HUGE miscommunication and unprofessionalism on Enterprises part! Our reservation was made 48 hours in advance, if the vehicle was not available they should have contacted us prior to our appt to avoid making an unnecessary trip! Ive never had this type of problem with Hertz or Avis.

I have made rented cars several times with Enterprise and it would be my first choice ever but my recent experience with Yucaipa,CA location was very bad. I have rented a Mini van from Sandiego and dropped at Yucaipa location. At this location they inspected the vehicle and they told me that they could find something on the roof of the vehicle which might be a damage and they told that they should report it. First thing, the person at sandiego dint inspect the vehicle on the roof and second thing is that I dint find anything damaged as what the person over there noticed. After couple of days, some manager called me from Sandiego and said everything was good and nothing damaged. I am not sure why would someone see over the roof of the car or under the car and make any false claims to customer.
