Sometimes they send out coupons for 7.99 haircuts. I called for regular price and its $23 for a basic trim! I only ever get the back cut 1-2 inches..evening it up. Nothing fancy. Oh well, Ill find somewhere else. It isnt worth $23 for a trim

Wasn’t happy with the hair. Skin condition is exposed after I asked to keep it covered. Was mad at first because of my skin, but got over it.

Most of the time Im happy for my haircuts.

We love this Supercuts! My boys like coming here for their haircuts. The hair stylists listen to my high schooler and always deliver the look he wants. I have a special needs child who would never get his hair cut at a barber shop, and then we came to Supercuts and he, for some reason, wanted to hop right in the chair and get his hair cut. Weve been coming here ever since. Great staff and you can reserve a time online, or call in. Very convenient. You can also walk-in, but you may have to wait a while. I highly recommend!

Go here a lot. Professional, polite and good at their jobs. I can only speak for Male haircut not sure how they are with more complex cuts.

I trust this location. I have had many things done here and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Some Supercuts are poorly staffed, this one is not. Love it.

The supercut way they teach their cutters are the best! Others fail in comparison..

I go here ALOT, if or whenever you go ask for Hailey, she does a super great job every time, and you have to have her do the tea tree treatment on your hair, you will love it.

The girl who did my hair cut did not say if I could please move my head back she push it back hard and I did NOT appreciate it at all. Didnt offer gel and while doing the shampoo and conditioner she scrubbed my hair soo hard I felt like I was going to cry. I am not going to release this womans name for safety reasons. I am not going to come back EVER AGAIN. Also the price is too high for a hair cut like that.

Quality work, but $22 is a bit steep for a plain haircut.

Get ready to WAIT! Dont bother making an appointment. My husband made an appointment and they took a walk-in right in front of him. Theres always a wait there, no matter what you do. Its like they just dont have the staff. There are all these stations, but never more than two stylists. Youd think on a Thursday morning before labor day weekend, they would have at least two people working--NOPE! If your establishment had been properly staffed, to accommodate the number of patrons, ahead of the busy holiday weekend, there would have been no complaints. However, your stylist, acknowledged that my husband had in fact made an appointment and still took a walk-in ahead of him even though he had been waiting for 10 minutes prior to his appointment. In the future, try staffing your establishment properly to be prepared for a BUSY HOLIDAY WEEKEND, so that you dont have to be rude and snarky when someone files a complaint about your staffing. The fact that this was not the first time this has happened, and we have not complained the other 4 times this happened should tell you. We are not in the business of complaining. Not only have you shown that you have no clue as to customer service, and this is a business that is built on customer service, shows that we made the right choice that we will no longer come to your establishment. These guys always do a great job. Check in online for priority and less waiting.

The blonde girl with the bull nose ring on the first chair on the left does not do a good job and is not very friendly.

Their hair cuts are good, but i feel like they dont know anything about poc hair type and like to pretend that they do...

Staff was sitting around waiting since no one was inside. The problem was when I did walk in, everyone looked at themselves like who is going to get up and cut his hair. Asked for a cut and shampoo. Only got a haircut since the stylist said she forgot what I wanted, must have been too busy. The receipt said I paid for shampoo too. Did not get the cut I asked for. Fantastic Sams is across the street and I have had a different stylist every time since it is a busy environment and I received the haircut I asked for every time all while spending $17.99 at Fantastic Sams, not $24.99 for something that I did not want. Never coming back to this spot.
