Ive had farmers insurance for a long time at least 20 yrs. My agent i had retired. He was almost always in his office to help when needed. I got switched to this agent. I have had her for almost a year have never meet her. If it wasnt for Matt which is the person at the front desk and who answers the phone Id probably switch to someone else
