This company has been nothing short of amazing. They were quick to process our application for a home we loved. When something needed attention, they were right out within 48 hrs. It was sad that we had to move due to selling of the home, but they helped work with us and the owners to make the transition ease during this pandemic. The whole staff was patient, response time was quickly and over all helpful. I would highly recommend this company for all your property needs

New office location is awesome, right off the freeway. Always have great properties all over the IE for rent, and the employees are very friendly and helpful!! I’ve been a tenant for over 4 years and I’ve never had an issue. Maintenance requests and any issues are always taken care of right away! If only all property managers can be this great!

Just a disclaimer for future applicants. They will let you finish the entire process (credit approved first day, more than enough income, first applicant) only to allow an applicant whom they deny for another property first dibs without warning. Extremely flawed system. If you are pressed for time I would not recommend this management company. Just to add, the manager will call to try and intimidate you to remove the review.

Allied Pacific is fair and just with screening and evicting tenants. If you get denied or get kicked out it’s because you got a bad reference review, don’t meet standard requirements for renting a place, you’re doing something illegal, or doing something that violates your agreement. They follow fair housing laws and are always trying to get someone into a new place as soon as they possibly can. Good job allied and keep up the good work!

We rented through Allied last year (2020). Their team was professional and courteous through the entire process. They responded immediately to any concerns we had throughout the lease. We would definitely recommend their agency, renew our current lease and/or rent through them again if we were not relocating. Their team is amazing!!!

Allied Pacific is a great property management company. As a tenant, they responded promptly and professionally whenever questions were asked or maintenance requests were submitted. Their system for automatic rent payments and maintenance requests was easy to use. I highly recommend them.

We had a a great year in the house we rented. When things broke or weren’t working we had timely responses and fixes available. This company treated us well and I wanted to be sure to leave a positive review because I like it when things go smooth and it should be well documented. Not enough of that in the world. God bless!

I went to get an extra key they didnt have one, They gave me a lock Smith and Sunday was unavailable And today Said an hour the young man I called by my phone its been 55 minutes and he goes I told you an hour, its been 15 minutes And I Said I dont want to argue when are you coming? He hung up on me

WHEN I CALLED TO APPLY THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD ANY FELONIES. I ANSWERED NO BECAUSE I DONT. ON THE APPLICATION IT SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR FELONIES. I PAID THE 35 AND TOOK A HIT TO MY CREDIT TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DONT ALLOW FOR ANY RECENT CRIMINAL HISTORY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE MISDEMEANORS THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CONSIDER YOU. I WISH I WAS TOLD THIS BEFORE I APPLIED. I WOULDNT HAVE WASTED MY TIME. I suggest you change your interview questions on the first phone call.

Allied has helped our tenants make the most of using our property while also helping to maintain the home and ensure it remains in great shape. We will be moving into one of Allied Pacific’s properties in a couple days. The process has been nothing but easy, no matter who I work with in the office. They have made it seamless as we feel very well taken care of. There also was a good selection of properties at the time. We ended up with a beautiful 3 bedroom in Yucaipa that we are very happy to call home. I highly recommend the great service they provide!

I have been renting from Allied for a year and seven months. In this time I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service. They are not intrusive or bothersome. They come to check the smoke detectors as required but really just left me to enjoy my home. The yard was taken care of every other week and office staff was always wonderful. I worked with Casey who was prompt, professional and courteous. I am so happy to have dealt with such a wonderful, easy going company. I can not recommend them enough.

They do a GREAT job at one of my rentals. I get monthly email statements. I have access to their website which has a breakdown of the monthly transactions as well as summary of the past few months. They are very easy to work with and get ahold of if you have questions. They have an excellent screening process and if any repairs are needed, they give you great options. Best of all, they are reasonable with fees.

We rented an Allied Pacific home for nearly 2 years, and were very happy from day one. The rental price was very competitive- in fact, the home was less expensive than a nearby luxury apartment complex we were considering PLUS we got an extra bedroom, 2-car garage, and a beautiful backyard! We went seamlessly from the 12-month lease to month-to-month with no increase in rent. Allied staff were always friendly and quick to respond to phone calls, emails, & maintenance requests. When it came time to move, we requested a move-out inspection, and were told exactly what we needed to fix/clean in order to get as much of our deposit back as possible, however we ran out of time and didn’t get to finish, so we felt we got a fair percentage of our security deposit back considering what we did/didn’t get done when we moved out.We highly recommend Allied to anyone in the Inland Empire looking to rent from a trustworthy company.

They go above and beyond making sure your properties are taken care of and in compliance so you dont have to think about it. Very professional property management company. I was contacted the same day, or first thing the next day, with any maintenance issue I reported. As a tenant, they were great to work with.

What a great company. They have kept our tenants happy for over 6 years. They mail our checks like clockwork on the 15th of every month. When a property goes empty, they find reliable tenants. The manner in which service calls are dealt with is prompt and convenient. We also receive helpful monthly and annual statements.

There are good, honest folks that work at Allied Pacific. They helped us find a rental in East Highland Ranch and managed the property for the owner. Of course the deal with any property management business is just how well they respond to requests for service, and how much they take from a deposit when you move out. The thing with allied is we left the home cleaner then we found it and they took over $1,000 for cleaning and repairs when we left. The carpet, they say they had to clean, was much cleaner when we left it because my wife has a commercial cleaner she used regularly on the carpet. Based boards, they say they had to clean, for some reason we’re not clean when we moved in, the same with hard water on the shower glass. Several of the things the stated they paid for were things from service requests we had requested when we lived there, that were never fixed. For instance, a faucet we asked to get fixed but they never did, and vertical blinds that were damaged when we moved in. Over $500 for repairs. They were very thorough when they inspected the house when we left but not thorough at all before we moved in. Convenient for them. I had a friend who was interested in renting the house we just moved out of but I’m going to send him elsewhere. This company is unethical and they will take you for whatever they can.

I have heard from two different sources that this is a recommended property manager for the Redlands, Yucaipa area. Both recommendations mentioned good character and trusted, in their conversations about finding property management.

My wife and I hired allied Pacific management to over look and mange our rental property back in September 2015. Since October, we have not received rent or any type of payment from them. We have asked on multiple occasions for them to send us the monthly rent, they tell us that its in the mail and every month we continue to wait. The situation has spiraled so badly out of control that we had to seek and hire a attorney to help us recover the past 4 months of due rent. I do not recommend having allied Pacific management in manging a property in any form.

These people broke the law with our background check. Told us that a misdemeanor charge 11yrs ago was a felony when it wasnt. Then told us to bring the proof of the charges being dropped to their office and when we got there denied ever having said it. This is a good place to get taken for your fees if thats what youre looking for.

Basically stole our deposit and fabricated lies at the end after we moved out to keep our $1650 deposit. Do not do business with these crooks!They have a policy of doing two walk-throughs (inspections), one while we were there and one after we moved out. The first walk-through we did had just a couple of minor incidents on it, but after we moved out it seems they went through the trouble to fabricate everything they could think of including replacing insulation in the garage, replacing the sink disposal and said we left the place filthy... which is an utter lie seeing how it took us 2 weeks of cleaning before we actually moved out. The place was in better condition than when we moved in.If we had to do it all over again I would steer clear of this business entirely. They will take you for your money whether you like it or not.

I am a realtor and Allied Pacific is my favorite management company. I have actually used them as both a tenant and a landlord myself and also for my clients. I know I can trust Allied Pacific day in and day out.

Worst property manager don’t waste your time

Communication with this place is a joke. I was a tenant for 6 years 2010-2016. They provided a roof over my head but thats it. Their gardeners are lazy and use a weed wacker and blower for everything, their maintenance man is a hack and said things like its ok if it still leaks right? The door can be a little off as long as it closes.... No one in that office communicates. I reported my neighbors for smoking marijuana several times and they did nothing, but God forbid I parked my car in the grass for a few hours to unload something heavy because I got a letter on my door faster than an Olympic runner got the gold, saying to move it or I would be evicted. They raised rent twice, but I was ok with it because it was reasonable. I was paying $900 when I moved out, the guy told me they were going to remodel my old house and charge people $1250!! What a jump!! And then told me upon moving out I had to clean from top to bottom and make it sparkle... Um? You just said you would be remodeling the whole dang thing! It would be a waste of my time to clean everything if you plan on ripping it out.And I had questions about how to handle moving out but every time I called the office no one was there to answer. The manager was busy or out, the other guy was out, they would take a message and NEVER get back to me. I went in person to the office to speak with the manager. He took three notes on what I had to say, and then He doodled (two triangles on the upper right corner, because yes I can see your notes on a flat surface) on the notepad while listening to my grievances. He didnt have an ounce of customer service. He looked completely bored and was drumming him fingers or rubbing his eyes, even rolling his eyes, the whole time I tried to talk to him. I even asked him at one point you look like you dont want to talk to me. Instead of making me feel better, or trying to listen at all his posture said he didnt care, just as much as his face, words, and doodles did. Thats not how you handle a long term customer. I was so offended by how he just brushed us off. As a manager, it is part of the job to help resolve customer complaints, not ignore someone concerns and emotions. I understand that they do not own the properties, just manage them, but seriously.... I do not feel like they care for their tenants. The manager certainly didnt care to talk with me.Bottom line I was not happy, but I stayed there until I could afford better. I would never ever ever want to live somewhere managed by allied pacific property management again. I do not recommend it unless you want a similar experience.

Rat, and cockroach infested apartment, they will not respond in a timely manner and fix issues. Washer and Dryer are broken, and AC is broken, congratulations- we are now looking for a lawyer.

Had a death in the family and had to be out of town for the funeral, so called and spoke to the secretary who transfer me, and talked to the move out guy and told him, and he said that I could leave the key in the apartment on a table, well I did and know claims he never spoke to me and they are now charging me, my fault for believing in him.

Sucks.

They never help you as a renter ... the only thing about is to care They charge you, but if you need any repairs on the property They never will help, just do not care They!I recommend looking for another place to rent as a ALLIED PACIFIC you pay only interest income! do not provide good service to the tenant, if you need to fix something you have to wait more than three months so you can meet. Terrible service!
