Do not take your watches here. He tried to rip me off. I took 2 watches for a battery replacement within 1 month apart. First one he said it needed cleaning, $30 for cleaning. I told i couldnt afford at that time. Took a different watch a month later and told me the same thing. 30 for cleaning so i told him ok. Went to pick it up 2 days later and said it needed a part and it would cost me $50. I told him not to fix it. I got suspicious and decided to YouTube how to change a battery and i did it myself and now they both work fine. I been taking my watches to this guy for a long time, thought he was honest but now i am very disappointed at him. Do not take your watches to him!

They went above and beyond repairing my 1960s Croton Nivada Grenchen Watch and charged me less than the original estimate given. At no additional charge he polished the glass/casing and generously provided me with a nice leather watch case. Ive done business with the Watchman for many decades now, the man appreciates quality watches and loves his work. I highly recommend you take your business to Mr. Le.

Will never go there again. I brought our cuckoo clock in for a simple repair. All i needed was the chain to be put back on the gear. $200 later i got it back and it was cuckooing backwards. The repair had a lifetime guaruntee so i brought it back to fix. One month later I got it back and the dancers wouldnt dance, the cuckoo wasnt working, the music wouldnt play, and the hour hand is stuck. Now it is VERY broken! I have no interest in bringing there again. They make things WORSE everytime apparently. They should mention in their advertising that they DONT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR CUCKOO CLOCKS.

Absolutely the worst job possibility done. I would not recommend this place to a enemy. He destroyed my wifes ring. Literally cut it in half and replaced with cheaper gold and then destroyed the diamond setting.This is not over...Recommended to go elsewhere.
