They changed the reservation from a truck to a cargo van without consent. When questioned about the trucks on the lot, the assistant manager said they were all reserved. Apparently our reservation didnt matter but all of the other reservations mattered. This was a moving situation with movers scheduled to be there and a 30 day notice to move out. The assistant manager just kept saying, I understand, but were tried to call you yesterday.

Went to rent a pickup truck today. waited 3 minutes w/ no one in front of me before someone acknowledged me. BAD customer service. Dont like being ignored. Used the truck to get some gravel and made sure to sweep out all rocks. Still got charged an extra $15...FOR DUST! Real uhaul? Its a pickup truck! I guess u can get away with taking advantage of your customers when youre the only uhaul in town. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
