Tom and helper arrived on time and went right to work. They both wore masks. They knew exactly what to do -- putting together a new TV and setting up the controls to work for streaming. Really excellent job. Very personable and professional.

Jason is a great electrician he set up a few things for us .(hot tub, electric car charger) .

The universal electronics guys drove to Sacramento to repair my LG tv. They were here right on time, super nice, and they were done very quickly. Clearly very knowledgeable in their craft. Fantastic work! Thank you!

I called several times with no response or call back. Their recording states “ if you’ve reached this message they are out on a call and will return your call” lol 😆 maybe they are out of business!

Professional and not trying to take your money for nothing.

Been trying to get ahold of these people for weeks to try and get my tv fixed. they have yet to call me back after I have left several voice mails. they never answer the phone during business hours even the voice message machine says to call in the AM and they still dont answer.

Friendly staff, very helpful. I would be willing to state that they have a solid business ethic, very pleasant experience.
