Love these guys the prices are perfect for any job you might have for your home improvement wether it be indoors or out. I loved the bird feeders and the pool cleaners were a great price😃

Purchased appliances at this store. Shipping manager loaded damaged washer on truck against policy, tried to hide/lied about extent of the damage and did not notify me of the damage. I became aware of the damage because the installation/delivery personnel were honest and kudos to them for looking out for me. When I spoke to the store manager after being hung up on FIVE times by the associates in appliances, she refused to provide any option other than 10 % discount. Shipment arrived with damaged washer, damaged dryer that made thunking noise when turned on and with every rotation of the drum. Had to refuse the dryer and am using the washer waiting for replacement. Waited one week after initially purchasing the washer/dryer combo because the store did not have inventory in stock to take home. Complete waste of time. Corporate customer service was helpful but I refuse to spend another dime at this store. Will see what the store does to win back destroyed trust but honestly given the lies and complete lack of accountability so far I am doubtful anything will change. Corporate is crediting 10% on the purchase which frankly given the absolute hell this store has put me through is a joke.

I enjoy the store as long as I dont need any help. I have been bye several times, I need to replace the range microwave over the stove but I can never find any help. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment due to covid but the line to appliances just goes to a recording telling you the next available associate will be with you and then finally hangs up. There arent many choices to purchase appliances locally, and depot is no better, we need more small businesses who value their customers and are actually happy to see you.

Have had constant horrible experiences at this location specifically. Went to get blinds cut and apparently they don’t train their employees so the edges were jagged and rough. went back 3 separate times and was so tired of the same result so I just gave up.Have also seen employees be so rude to customers and for me personally had to deal with the attitude of the store manager after I wanted to complain about the sales manager.Will not be returning to Lowe’s at all and have even closed my credit card with them.

Good if you dont need help with anything, but if you want customer service you came to the wrong place!!

Horrible service from the appliance department. Guy helping me said he had to check with his manager and after 40 mins never came back. I had to walk the store to find him just to have him say he had forgotten about me.

This store needs to work on customer service. Three times is enough. The first occurrence was for paint matching in which when asked to add a bit of white, she rolled her eyes at me the other time was a man not providing alternative nor suggestion in a friendly manner but felt like didnt care. I should not go to Lowes in Roseville for the results I need with way better TREATMENT.Lastly today I requested for a closet system to bring down from the top self. I asked the young man to cut open the box making sure it wasnt a refurbished. Sure enough it was. I pointed out that the hardware kit was opened and that they sealed it with tape, certain panels were faded or have scuff around the edges, and lastly there were extrusion of the wood around the pre-drilled holes. With all that, his remarked was it looks new to me!I then asked to have another one taken down and at this point a nice female associate came to help. What happens next was truly unacceptable, he left the work for her to open the heavy package! I being a gentleman assisted the friendly associate as she was having trouble holding the heavy package in place.I expect that my review can serve as a learning guidance for better customer service for this store as customers should not experience eye rolling or non-gentleman treatment....we are in America!

Usually the experience at Lowe’s we have is amazing but lately it’s been all down hill at this location. I’ve return items at Lowe’s in the past before with a good friendly experience but last time we were up there a young woman had such a snappy attitude. We had ask for a manager and the young man who was a supervisor just acting like such a “lame duck” while the young woman laugh about it. We’ve tried calling this place to speak to Matt who is general manager of the store but the customer service desk always avoid getting us to him with excuses. What’s more mind boggling is today I called to speak to a “manager” Melissa and ironically she was working right next to young woman on the day it happened and she just gives me a generic excuse saying “oh I’ll deal with it” but didn’t ask for my information on a follow up or anything like most places would. Definitely getting in contact with their corporate office. My thing is if you hate dealing with people and have an attitude you shouldn’t be working a customer service oriented job.

Visited their Garden section and was very impressed. Bought a gorgeous Mandevilla and a beautiful Improved Meyers Lemon Tree. Extremely happy with their selection of all things gardening, as well as with my purchases. Plan to return to shop their copious selection of pots soon, for my Lemon Tree. Highly recommend.

Got in, got what was needed, got to a register, pleasant service, got gone cuz I had chickadoo!

Curbside pickup was a hassle. We called, they asked for our spot number. They said they were helping another customer, but would be right out. We waited 15-20 minutes and called back they told us we were supposed to drive up next to the grills. So we did, then we had to wait another 10 minutes for two employees to show up, only to be told they needed another employee. So both of the first two employees went off to find help. Finally, 40 minutes after we arrived we had our new dryer loaded. Not very convenient, and no one apologized for the wait.

I have never felt so unwanted in a store. I needed to purchase a replacement fire extinguisher. I walked up and down the store but was unable to find any. I walked uo to an employee who looked at me and turned and walked away.this happened with 2 other employees. I finally got someones attention and was told i dont know check on isle 18 and then walked away. I went to isle 18, where there was an employee who also didnt help me. I couldnt find what i needed and i left. I called to complain and was put on hold for almost 20 minutes before i just hung up. Will no longer be shopping at Lowes

Ordered Jeld-wen windows here. Poor craftsmanship, seams are rough, mosquito net pokes out, random splotches of glue, dirty and dusty, of course. On top of all that, no protective casing, bare windows, you just hope not to face a single bump on your way back home.乁[ ◕ ᴥ ◕ ]ㄏ

Well I bought a great patio umbrella and a great price but theyre planters for outside was terribly overpriced for a plastic planter they wanted almost $16 I found one of the 99 cent only store for a dollar 99 just as nice. I JUST TRIED TO CALL AND SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SERVICE DEDK AND WAS HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO HOMEDEPOT!

I found everything I was looking for, but had the rudest checkout experienced. The guy was not friendly and threw my item in the bag after, I checked to make sure the items were not damaged.

I love the garden area the best and just walking around getting great ideas for DYI.But everyone is so busy there and not to be found. Prices are going up and people havent had a chance to recover from their losses. Its creating debt. If Sam Walton was alive, he would lower prices and bring more customers in. Making an even greater profit in the long run.

Super nice while looking at security doors. The girl in appliances went above trying to locate the washing machine i wanted. The grill we got was put together and loaded i to the car. Awesome day.

6/13 I am setting up a pool and needed 16 pavers that are 16X16. So I send my wife to the Lowe’s in Yuba city. My wife can not find anyone to help her, even though she went to the help desk twice and had someone paged. After nobody would help her she had to load up the pavers on her own. Then no registers open and she had to self check out. Next was trying to get someone to help load the pavers. Another fail on Lowe’s part as nobody came to help. So she loads the pavers. This is not the first time this has happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A typical lowes with good inventory. Rating it lower because mask mandates arent being followed at all. Employees with their masks covering their chins or only their mouths seem to be common. People walking in without masks at all, coughing up a storm, and looking very unwell are able to aimlessly walk around without a care in the world.

He had health staff, that were circulating to answer questions. They have a great line of doors. Everything was organized and neat. We found the only inexpensive pet door for a sliding glass door under $150 and love it.

I went for online order and pick up. I stood there for like 5 minutes before the only girl working acknowlged me while other workers walked by several times. After about 8 minutes I asked what aisle the stuff I needed was on and retrieved my own stuff.

Lowes has a scam going on beware. Asked for a $45.00 deposit on a shower door. They said an installer would call me in 24 to 48 hours it has been over 3 days. Lowes said all they can do is keep calling the installer. Dont go here

I had a order placed on washer and dryer that was to be delivered and installed almost a month ago. I reach out to Lowes and was transfered multiple times with no answer or help.

I will never go back to Lowes again. Amanda at store #1933 was very unprofessional, indifferent, and had a nasty attitude. She also cant tell the difference between sticks and decorative trim. I have never been treated like this at Home Depot.Also returning merchandise at Lowes is more difficult than returning merchandise at Home Depot. I dont shop at stores that do not have good return policies or at stores that make returns difficult. Al Lowes either customers have to keep track of all their paper receipts, remember to present your Lowes card when purchasing merchandise, or ask the person working at the register to email your receipt electronically. However, if you open an account on the Home Depot application, they automatically electronically save all of your receipts if you pay with a card (online and in-store purchases included). This feature is extremely convenient.Home Depot and Ace will be my permanent go to store now. Easy returns without an attitude.

Every time, in any department, there is NNEVER anyone around to help find something. A fifteen minute time turns into 45 minutes to an hour, and still no help.

Called four times and hung up on four times, guess Ill go elsewhere. (Update) 5/6/2021 went in for a bbq asked customer service for help they said they would send someone over. Ten minutes later no one came to help me. I then asked an employee for help after he was done with the current customer he vanished and didnt come back. Called on the phone while in the store they let me know they had 29 in stock but when i asked for one to be pulled she put me on hold 10 minutes i stood in the bbq aisle for 35 minutes total in this store not once was i asked if i needed help this place in understaffed and the people that do work there are just watching the clock for their shift to be done. just go across the street to home depot.

Their staff is very helpful! Had to edit. So, yes the staff is very helpful. Our delivery was scheduled for today between 8am and 12pm. They showed up yesterday. Because we werent ready for them, they said they would come back during our scheduled time. They no showed. Call the store to find out they rescheduled me for Thursday. No call. Where is your customer service? I wont be buying appliances or anything else that has to be delivered from this store. They are not organized nor do they contact you when they say they are.

Never been in this store and had a good experienceI would strongly recommend never shopping here. I ordered a dishwasher after spending 2 hours looking for the appliance associate. No other member would help me find them, the dishwasher showed up dented when I received it. Spent another 3 hours trying to get it returned. And the customer service associate told me I had to wait until the old one was returned then put a whole new order in for a new one. 4 weeks later I still have no dishwasher. Terrible store. Terrible service. Would not recommend shopping here. Go to home depot. Go to the Lincoln Lowes. Just not here.

Really poor costumer service and horrible delivery system! We ordered a dishwasher on March 22nd and they responded for delivery on March 25th. after 3 weeks they didnt delivered our dishwasher. I called them several times and I faced the horrible costumer service from workers to manager they were all rude and really disrespectful. Im not going to purchase anything from them anymore. Ill find somewhere else to purchase my stuff.

Lowes employees are very helpful and go out of there way to help you unlike home depot where they tell you things arent possible and send you away. Thank you lowes for helping me with my mothers bathtub shower conversion.

A good experience for the most part. Pricing is typical of similar stores. Showing up before closing time with a cart full of stuff not advisable.you may get a few annoyed employees and some dirty looks.

They always have what we need. The staff is great. A young kid in the pros section, Hayden, was so helpful and knew his section. The store is always clean. Well stocked.

Had to argue about 12 months of zero percent interest on my new line of lowes credit. They said I was too late and who told me that? I replied: its on the giant sign hanging above customer service. Needless to say, I got no first time credit card discount ( most companies do this) and it took close to an hour and three checkers to make my purchase and get my zero percent interest. I still feel slighted. Also, dont think you can use your new card online without having to call the 800 number, they just dont link, another pain in the rear..I hope this helps.

Multiple supplies of all kinds. I just went in for some wood and to have a key made. Supplies are easy to find. I got instant help to get exactly what I was after. No waiting around. Service was fast and friendly. And I think I even got smiles thru the mask. Was greeted nicely when I came in and to have a wonderful day on my way out. Easy to get to. Lots of parking

I can find anything I need at Lowes for my home improvement needs as well as gardening too! I had an associate ask me if I was finding everything I needed and he was happy to answer my questions as well as point me to the correct aisle for what I needed. Love Lowes and home depot. Each one out does the other on certain areas everyone knows that. Sadly the guy who helped me was no to bright on wrenches. Told him I was looking for a 7/32 wrench and showed him on the site where it said they had it. He said there was no way cause they dont make wrenches that small. And metric have no 5.5mm. I shook my head and left.

Seems to have a large staff, but they ate oblivious to customers. Old man with walker waited a solid 11 minutes with several staff discussing lunch plans. I asked 4 people for assistance finding items and got vatue referrals to over there. I like this company but seriously staff need some clue

I never had problems with Lowes in the past, but today, I had the worst experience. I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and just had a major surgery that I was recovering from, but needed to get some things from the garden area. I asked for help from several employees..all of which said it was not their job. Even the cashier in the garden area said she couldnt help me. I stood around looking, when finally a very nice woman (customer) said she could assist me..which she did.Once I found all the items I needed, no employee would even help me load it up. So once again, a customer assisted me to the checkout. The cashier checked me out, but said she couldnt help get the items to my vehicle. So I slowly managed it on my own. Thanks for nothing Lowes!!!
