Stay away from Clark Pest Control, we had spay for bugs for 16 years, called many times on who is supposed to be doing the service??? I know i should have dropped their service, in May I tried to have them inspect my house do to selling house, their best offer was about 3-4 weeks out. Claim to only have one inspector. After using another company (Rocklin Pest Control) I would not recommend this company also, way to expensive. I found out that I had About $30,000 dollar damage to to Beatles in wood. Called Clark and talked with Jason and he would not help pay for the damage. When Clark had been spraying for all 16 years of service. Also l should have received every three years a free inspection for termite etc. Jason also said “ That Clark Pest Control dropped the ball on our service “ so in all stay away, not willing to back their poor service. RELIABLE REGULAR SERVICE FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS

I have had the bi-monthly service for a year and pest control has never been so easy. Within 3 visits Cameron had our small roach problem completely gone without having to do a giant fogging. We have birds and dogs so pest control is a big deal, we have to be careful with chemicals. The people at Clarks are so nice and very helpful. My old pest control company didnt clear up the problems we had and the guy only came to my area one day a week which didnt work for me very well.

Used them a few years ago to put screening on our roof to keep some birds out, great work, fast response time. When the birds moved the screens it took me 3 phone calls to have someone come back out to fix it. Called them recently to have a mouse removed from our garage but because we werent on a monthly service plan they wouldnt come out? So they wouldnt come help us for a one time service. That is ridiculous! Wouldnt recommend!

We’ve had Clark for years and they always do a thorough job! We haven’t had any spiders since we started with them! When they arrive, they always ask if we’re having any specific problems (ants, etc) and always go out of their way to remedy them if we do have any. Cyrus is great! Very happy with their service.

Not once did I feel rushed, and everything was explained thoroughly, even about some what if pest situations. Clark Pest Control now has a recurring appointment for follow up for potential wasps.

Clark Pest Control has been dependable, were here when they said they would, and their work has been excellent. When I did have an issue, last year, the Manager of the Yuba City, CA, came here himself. Clark Pest Control is my company that does the job right!

I love Clarks pest control, Have had them for over 5 years, They are great. Ive recent had a issue with a mouse in the house that ended up in a trap. & Bud was out here so quickly to help with that! Great service always polite, my only complaint is cow webs never get done around the whole house, also when I let them know to go in the catio cat enclosure to spray they never do...I always lock the cats indoors.After reading other reviews, I also would like someone to call a head of time, we never know when they are coming it’s never the same day or week so it would be nice to know ahead.

I do not recommend them if you live in Gridley Ca.If your not home watching them actually do the service theirs a good chance they don’t actually do it. My experience is that i was home and he didn’t spray looked at my envelope that had my check dropped it on the ground and left. Didn’t bother to take it or spray!He thought we weren’t home! Little did he know i was watching Im not saying all of their employees Will do the same!

Filipe our contact person was wonderful. However they do outsource to another company for tent fumigation of your home. Our home was burglarized during the tenting time frame. The inspector came out to our home on day two and everything looked fine. We receive a call from a concerned neighbor that she saw 2 men leaving our home at 5 am and another man leaving at 11. I contacted our Clark person to notify them of the information my neighbor had given. I also contacted the police dep and they had our home placed on close patrol. She was to contact them if she saw anything suspicious. The next day we are contacted and told that someone has broken into our home. They cut through the tent and the screen to enter our house and steel our things

I had a service done by a guy named Henry Finlon a few days ago and I must say it was one of the worst services I have ever had in my life! First showed up late I asked for all my cobwebs to be done and he skipped it then acted impatient and rude at the end very unprofessional if u ask me I sure hope who ever is his boss talks to him about his rude an unprofessional behavior. You guys just lost a customer due to his behavior! Normally Clark has good customer service but this really unfortunate!
