Over the years, Succeed.net has been increasing their available bandwidth so they were prepared for the unthinkable. Covid-19 and stay at home orders placed a tremendous increase in internet traffic - however our response time was still exceptional. Succeed.net is also a local business with a talented & polite support staff. Anytime theres an issue, they respond quickly and with competence. Id give them a 10 out of 10.
We have been customers of Succeed.Net for nearly 20 years and have been happy with the service.When equipment needs upgrades they do it in a timely manner. Whenever we have had connection issues they resolve it as soon as humanly possible.We live out in the country so our connection is wireless point to point and they have worked with us to get the best reception possible.Overall we are very happy with Succeed.
The technician that came out was Cody. He was great. He installed the cable on our house with care. We are very particular about stuff being put on our house. It looks great and you can barely see it. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to friends. Thanks so much Cody.
Heading into the big holiday, I called with a performance issue seeking only phone confirmation of the normal expected behavior of the roof top radio. I knew we were having a power outage incident that morning, but needed a step by step plan to assure restoration of service when power returned. It was going to take several hours to complete the whole process. As it was the day before the long weekend holiday, a ticket was opened and CJ was dispatched to my site anyway to make sure my service was restored.Once the power came back, the Succeed side of the service was confirmed as working correctly, but CJ did not leave it at that. He worked with me on my customer owned bridge links to make sure the entire path to my house was up and running. He even replaced some sun damaged roof top cabling that was not Succeed responsibility, but was suspect in the performance problem. CJ stayed with me the entire time to make sure all was working for me that day. All Succeed support staff, and CJ here on site, went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I could not be more satisfied with the service and support of Succeed.

Until i discovered Succeed.net being in the Ag Industry has meant having reliable internet was just a dream; then Cody, our installation tech arrived and had us connected to the internet in no time. I have never experienced any down time and the customer service if needed it stellar.
This company does not inform you if your bill is due or when. They take the money out of your account different times. They do not tell you when they will disconnect you and if you have a bad month in sales then you lose your connection out of nowhere. Usually when you try and log on their screen would come up to pay your bill. It has not come up this time. They do not even give you a warning or grace period. This month I was disconnected 6 days and all my computers and phones have been down. I get some money on the 19th tomorrow and will pay the bill. From now on i will demand a paper statement and in September 2017 I will be going with another carrier. I would never use this company ever again.
Absolute lifesavers! I operate a business from home and was seriously limited with satellite internet. I love to live in a rural area for peace and quiet and they are the best affordable internet option out here in Browns Valley. Super happy.
