In the past months I have noticed that it has been progressively more difficult to understand what other people are saying to me and unless I am directly facing other people with my right ear pointing towards them its impossible to hear nor understand the conversationI visited two hearing aid centers within the past week to inquire about hearing aids, neither of the employees of either center were able to satisfactory answer my questions On my way home earlier this week I made a spur of the moment decision and walked into Twin City Hearing Aid Center. I was welcomed by Kennith Hill the owner of Twin City Hearing Aid Center and after a short discussion of my desire to purchase in the canal hearing aids it was suggested that I make a hearing aid hearing test appointment... the test would be administered at no charge without a prior commitment to purchase hearing aidsI returned today for my hearing test, the test was administered and the results were that I was a candidate to wear the in canal hearing aids; additional I was told that I had 45 days to wear my new hearing aids and if they were not comfortable or they did not improve my hearing to my satisfaction I’d have the opportunity to exchange the set for another type of hearing aidsI chose the type of in canal hearing aids that was determined to be my best fit and then it was the financing that was discussed, I applied for a Synchrony Care Credit Loan right there in the hearing aid office and by a special prior arrangement between Synchrony Bank and Twin City Hearing Aid Center, within minutes I qualified for a ZERO % 24 month payment plan.I am so glad that I found Twin City Hearing Aid as my hearing aid provider where I received straight answers from a knowledgeable provider with many years of experience and was able to purchase the type of hearing aids that I wanted at a zero % finance charge.I highly recommend Twin City Hearing Aid Center as your hearing aid provider.

Very unprofessional business. They are barely adequate. Chris cant seem to care enough to help with information or book appointments. Given the fact there are not many of this business type around much, I went back, to get my hearing aids readjusted. Well, I went in rather then attempted to call, and again mistakes were made, like my basic information, and the time to arrive. So very frustrating. The office staff then double checked my contact details and scheduled for the following day. Ken the audiologist seems so very antiquated and admitted he doesnt keep up with the latest technology, though claims to be in the area for 42 years. The testing is limited and basic, they werent even sure they had the correct software for my brand, even though they advertise for all makes and models. Also he often mixed up which ear we were working on, left and right (I only have 2). So I had to ask for copies of my records, which sadly wasnt much, no notes were made during my visit and the office didnt even have a way to print out calibration information for the changes. (The previous audiologist was VERY thorough with details and notes and complete records.)Oh, and I lost my volume control on my original setting, so I guess what I have to go back for them to hopefully fix it. Again. I called during their office hours, getting a voicemail rather then a person. I would not recommend this business because The entire staff is unprofessional, slovenly dressed, horrible with details and providing information and doesnt seem to really know what they are doing.AVOID and go further for better service.

I purchased my hearing aids many years ago. Recently I returned as my left hearing aid had stopped working after I attempted to clean it. I expected to pay for it to be repaired. Without any argument Ken not only fixed it but he replaced all of the rubber and plastic parts.Thanks Ken, and also .his long-time secretary, for taking care of me at no further cost

I been bringing my mother here for years. This place sure knows how to take care of their clients
